“Leave!” Liam’s loud cold deep voice resonated suddenly, startling the already startled Joan. He turned away from her, so he could try to take control of himself and not listen to his stubborn wolf, but it wasn’t working.

“Get her out of here!” He growled again, and this made Gladys spring into action immediately. She hurried to where Joan was and helped the girl leave the room. She didn’t want to face the wrath of the King.

Joan was still trembling from the whole incident.. If it wasn’t for Gladys holding her up, she would have fallen to the ground. Her two legs were wobbly as she took each step.

After Liam made sure that she was no longer in the room, he made his way out. Her delightful voice was invading his senses once again as he passed through the hallways. He was finding it hard not to go and look for her. His eyes were still completely red as he bolted out of the front door.
