"You've come to your senses," he said calmly, as if this encounter was just an ordinary occurrence.

A sense of surprise and alarm immediately crept into Enne's mind. Although she had been rescued by Andhara before, there were many things she did not yet understand about the man, something that made her not entirely comfortable around him.

Enne tried to keep her distance and stay alert. Slowly, she got up and leaned against the cave wall, her body still weak but enough to give her some space.

"You... saved me?" she asked softly, trying to subdue her nervousness.

Andhara nodded casually. "I saw you almost freeze to death in the middle of a storm. There's nothing wrong with helping someone who is dying, right?" she said in a light tone.

Enne stared at her silently, feeling confused whether to be grateful or even more wary. Andhara's relaxed demeanor didn't seem to imply any bad intentions, but there was something that made it difficult for Enne to feel comfortable.

Andhara seemed to sens

In the middle of a shivering snow-covered forest, Altair stood upright, looking towards the northwest. The thickening snow mist covered the tracks on the ground, making every step elusive. Several warriors stood behind him, awaiting orders. Next to him, Devota looked at him attentively, her eyes trying to read their leader's now troubled face."Alpha," Devota said, her tone formal yet full of concern. "Maybe we should stop the search for a while. This blizzard is getting crazy, and we're losing our way."Altair didn't answer immediately, just squinted, trying to see more clearly even though his vision was obscured by the fog. The cold bit into his bones, and he felt the foreboding growing stronger. But his mind wasn't just on the rogues they were hunting-there was another image nagging at his heart. Enne. She had left the village early in the morning to hunt for the trail of the rogues who had escaped the night before, but ever since the storm had started, she had been feeling restles

"Andhara... do you have any connection to the rogues who attacked the village?"Enne stared at Andhara with sharp eyes, waiting for the man's answer to her question just now. Seconds passed in silence, but Andhara didn't give any reaction. His face remained calm, showing no signs of shock or anger. His silence felt like confirmation to Enne-a wordless answer that confirmed all his suspicions.Andhara stared back, his eyes deep and enigmatic, yet not a word escaped his lips. Enne felt shaky, but not from the cold. From the look in those eyes, a glimpse of a shadow appeared in her mind, and she felt it-a faint hint of a hidden memory or intention behind Andhara's eyes. Something dark and devious. She tried to make sense of the sudden memory, and the conclusion that came to her was horrifying. He is indeed one of them... Enne thought with mixed feelings of fear and anger. Andhara was part of the rogues who attacked her village. The thought disturbed her. It had been a long time since she

Enne was still rooted to the spot. The word "Alpha" that came out from Lynx echoed in his mind. Alpha? Andhara was an Alpha? His mind instantly spun, remembering Devota who often called Altair with the same title. Isn't an Alpha the leader of a pack, the strongest and most respected? If so, was Andhara as strong as Altair? However, before Enne sank further into her confusion, Lynx's voice rang out again, softer this time, like a mentor about to explain something."Every wolf pack has an Alpha," Lynx said in her mind, his voice soothing, though Enne could sense a hint of worry behind it. "The Alpha is the leader of the pack, the most dominant and the most powerful. An Alpha can be male or female. Altair is the Alpha of your village, but he's not the only one in that position. His cousin, Stella, is the Alpha of another pack. However, since they have separate packs, there is no conflict between them."Enne tried to understand the explanation, although her mind was still shrouded in conf

Enne blinked her eyes, trying to adjust her vision to the dimly lit room. The pain in her wrists stung, and she soon realized her hands were tied to a cold wooden chair. Her breath caught as her eyes began to focus on who was in front of her.In front of her, stood Andhara with a cold yet meaningful gaze. The man who had always seemed mysterious now stood with a serious expression. However, that was not the thing that made Enne more uneasy. At the side of the room, six people with sharp eyes were watching her. Enne recognized them-they were the rogues who were previously captured and held in the Altair village prison.Enne felt her heart racing. They were the escaped rogues... and they were all here with Andhara, her guess was not off, this was clear evidence that Andhara was one of them.Suddenly, from the shadows in the corner of the room, a person appeared with a dark coat and a hood that covered most of his face. The mysterious figure walked up to Andhara, signaling the other rogu

Night crept in slowly, bringing with it a chill that pierced the skin. Under the full moonlight that bathed the forest in a silvery glow, two wolf figures galloped through the night mist. In front, Altair, a large white wolf with fur that glistened like snow, was traveling at full speed. Behind him, a slightly smaller gray wolf followed with regular breathing-that was Devota.Altair had not said a word since they left his territory. His heavy breathing sounded rhythmic with the long steps that broke the silence of the night. Devota, who usually didn't say much, knew very well that Altair was lost in his own thoughts. He could feel the worry and tension surrounding his leader."Alpha," Devota's voice sounded in his mind through their mental bond. "Are you sure you're leaving the search for Miss Etienne entirely to the warriors? What if they need you?""I have to do this, Devota," Altair replied in a firm tone, despite the slight uncertainty implied. "Etienne is in greater danger than w

The night air was cold when Enne opened his eyes slowly. He found himself in a room with simple wooden walls. Unlike the previous places that were dark and gloomy, this house looked ordinary, like a normal human home. A small wooden table, a simple sofa, and a fireplace in the corner of the room gave the impression of warmth, but Enne knew better than to let her guard down. The last thing Enne remembered was Andhara who was about to tackle her too, but Enne struggled until they almost fell, but at that moment, Andhara suddenly knocked her out until Enne didn't remember anything anymore.Enne reflexively held her neck, afraid that Andhara had really marked her, but she didn't feel anything like when Altair marked her first. Enne could only hope that Andhara didn't do anything to her while she was unconscious. In the end, Enne carefully observed her surroundings. There was no sign of the rogues or the person in the black hood that she had seen earlier. But Andhara-the man who had brough

The sun had just risen when Stella returned to the Purple Moon Pack with a triumphant expression. Her long black hair that was usually neatly arranged was now a little messy, and blood stains decorated her leather jacket. Behind her, several warriors from her pack followed with heavy steps, carrying the lifeless body of the rogue.Altair, who was waiting for Stella's news in the main hall, rose from his chair upon seeing his cousin. His eyes swept over Stella carefully, making sure she was unharmed."You're late," Altair said in a low tone. "What happened?"Stella pushed aside the strands of hair that fell on her face, then folded her arms across her chest. "That Rogue is harder to catch than I thought. She had incredible agility, but in the end she was outmatched by us.""And she died," Altair replied coldly.Stella nodded, not looking the least bit sorry. "He was too dangerous to be left alive. Besides, she didn't give us much information, except for one important thing.""What's th

The conversation before this trip kept haunting his mind.***"Altair, you have to trust Cygnus," Stella said as they talked in Stella's study. "If you and Enne are truly mates destined by the Moon Goddess, you have a bond with her. Use that to find her."Altair stared at Stella with a sharp gaze, her facial expression showing doubt. "That bond might not be strong enough. I've only marked it, and Enne... she hasn't even accepted Lynx's existence completely.""That's not important," Stella replied firmly. "You've already marked it. That's enough to start the bond between your inner wolves. You just need to ask Cygnus to search for Lynx's whereabouts.

After a long journey, Enne and Altair finally returned to their village. A large gate made of sturdy wood welcomed them, adorned with the pack crest that symbolized their strength and unity. Cheers of joy filled the air, but Enne felt that the heavy burden in his heart had not completely disappeared.Altair held Enne's hand tightly as they got off the carriage. He knew that his wife was still shaken by the events in the city. He could feel the tension emanating from her body despite Enne's face trying to mask her worry."Calm down, it's all over," Altair whispered in a soft tone in Enne's ear.Enne gave a small nod, but her gaze remained vigilant. The atmosphere in the old house was tense. Cold air seeped in through the cracks in the weathered walls. Altair and Stella could see Andhara standing holding a small blue glowing object that emitted a magical aura."Andhara," Altair growled, his voice low and threatening. "Let her go right now."Andhara gave a small smile. "Relax, Alpha. I won't hurt her-not yet, at least. You know what I need from him, right? Her bloodline is the key to the Eye of the Moon. If you're wise, you'll leave it to me."Altair stepped forward, while Stella moved to the side, preparing to attack. "You think I will let you touch her?""Then, what are you going to do?" asked Andhara, remaining calm. "I know you won't risk your Lunar's safety. You care about her too much."Enne tried to speak, but Andhara's voice cut her off. "Shut up, little Luna. You don't understand how precious you are."Altair could hold back no longer. The sky in the village of Altair was filled with orange as the sun began to sink behind the mountains. Lyra stood near the entrance of the cave where she used to meditate, her gaze directed into the distance. The cold air touched her skin, but her thoughts were on the events of the past week or so that kept plaguing her mind.It was a day that should have been full of joy. Altair and Enne were having a wedding in the city, far away from their troubled village. However, Lyra felt unable to join in the celebration. There was something holding her back in the village, something she couldn't ignore. On the morning before Altair and Enne left, a man in dark robes came to their village. His steps were quiet, but the look in his eyes exuded urgency. The man wore a hood, hiding most of his face, but Lyra knew that he was not just anyone. He introduced himself as Ezra, someone who had important information for Altair."Altair is busy preparing for his trip to the city," Lyra said as she looked

Ingrid sat on a wooden chair by her kitchen window, looking out with a questioning expression. She had long known her daughter, Enne, to be secretive and mysterious. However, ever since the arrival of Altair-who she had been vaguely introduced to in the past-Ingrid felt that there was something more going on than just a casual visit.Enne stood at the side of the kitchen table, biting her lower lip while occasionally glancing at Altair who sat quietly. The man, though seemingly relaxed, carried an air of authority that was hard to ignore. Ingrid let out a long breath before finally straightening up and looking at the two seriously."Enne," she said slowly, "I knew you wouldn't come this far for no reason. What exactly is going on?"Enne swallowed, feeling her heart beating faster than usual. She knew this conversation would not be easy. On the one hand, she wanted to protect her mother from a world full of danger, but on the other hand, Ingrid had a right to know."There's something w

Enne stood by the large window, looking out at the forest that was beginning to turn its snow-white color into fresh green. Spring had come to replace the long, harsh winter, but in Enne's heart, a new season could not dispel the doubts that continued to haunt him.The snow had melted, paving the way for green shoots to emerge from the frozen ground. However, Enne felt like the ground beneath her feet was still fragile, like it might collapse at any moment. He thought of his mother, Ingrid, who lived in a small town far from here."Mom," Enne murmured softly, feeling the warmth of the call flow through her. Her mother had raised her alone, never knowing that the bigger world-the werewolf world-was Enne's new home.As a child, Enne often felt different. He wasn't like other children who played freely and laughed carefree. From an early age, Enne knew that there was something else inside him. The voices in other people's heads sometimes echoed in her mind, like whispers that couldn't be

That morning, the warm sunlight penetrated through the cracks in the leaves, creating a golden glow along the forest floor. The atmosphere inside the Altair pack headquarters was peaceful, but the tension behind the calm was palpable. The pack members had just finished with the big celebration that celebrated Enne's appointment as their Luna. However, behind the smiles and friendly shoulder taps, there were doubts, questions, and faint whispers about the future.Inside Lyra's private room, the atmosphere was much more serious. Lyra, with a stern look and eyes full of wisdom, sat on a wooden chair. Her hand was clutching an old scroll, which seemed to have come a long way. In front of her, Altair stood tall, but his face showed deep curiosity."You wanted to talk to me this early in the morning, Lyra?" Altair opened the conversation, his voice firm yet polite.Lyra nodded slowly. "There is something you need to know, Altair. I've kept it to myself for too long, but I feel it's time."A

This was not just a tradition, but an official recognition that Enne was now the Alpha's mate, she would be responsible for the welfare and future of the entire pack.Enne stood in a small room filled with the scent of wildflowers and spices. Stella was busy helping to put Luna's traditional robes on her. The robe was long, made of white silk with gold embroidery in the shape of a crescent moon and a wolf on the edges. Enne looked nervous. She had never been the center of attention like this before, let alone in such an important situation."Enne, you need to stand straighter," Stella said with a smile, tugging gently on the collar of the robe to make it look neat. Although this morning looked so peaceful, his mind was far from calm.Over the past three days, the atmosphere in the pack had changed. The members treated Enne with a different kind of respect. The omegas were busy planning the inauguration, the warriors were watching her movements more closely, and even the pack kids were running up to her, calling out to her in respectful tones."Luna," they said, small voices full of awe.Enne smiled at them, but the smile never reached her eyes. Her heart sank into an increasingly suffocating indecision.
