The night air was cold when Enne opened his eyes slowly. He found himself in a room with simple wooden walls. Unlike the previous places that were dark and gloomy, this house looked ordinary, like a normal human home. A small wooden table, a simple sofa, and a fireplace in the corner of the room gave the impression of warmth, but Enne knew better than to let her guard down.

The last thing Enne remembered was Andhara who was about to tackle her too, but Enne struggled until they almost fell, but at that moment, Andhara suddenly knocked her out until Enne didn't remember anything anymore.

Enne reflexively held her neck, afraid that Andhara had really marked her, but she didn't feel anything like when Altair marked her first. Enne could only hope that Andhara didn't do anything to her while she was unconscious.

The sun had just risen when Stella returned to the Purple Moon Pack with a triumphant expression. Her long black hair that was usually neatly arranged was now a little messy, and blood stains decorated her leather jacket. Behind her, several warriors from her pack followed with heavy steps, carrying the lifeless body of the rogue.Altair, who was waiting for Stella's news in the main hall, rose from his chair upon seeing his cousin. His eyes swept over Stella carefully, making sure she was unharmed."You're late," Altair said in a low tone. "What happened?"Stella pushed aside the strands of hair that fell on her face, then folded her arms across her chest. "That Rogue is harder to catch than I thought. She had incredible agility, but in the end she was outmatched by us.""And she died," Altair replied coldly.Stella nodded, not looking the least bit sorry. "He was too dangerous to be left alive. Besides, she didn't give us much information, except for one important thing.""What's th

The snow that covered the forest created an atmosphere of piercing silence, only the roaring steps of Altair and Stella in wolf form could be heard. Altair, in his dashing white wolf form, led at the front with incredible speed. Stella followed closely, her gray wolf looking alert and full of concentration.Altair's mind whirled endlessly. The conversation before this trip kept haunting his mind.***"Altair, you have to trust Cygnus," Stella said as they talked in Stella's study. "If you and Enne are truly mates destined by the Moon Goddess, you have a bond with her. Use that to find her."Altair stared at Stella with a sharp gaze, her facial expression showing doubt. "That bond might not be strong enough. I've only marked it, and Enne... she hasn't even accepted Lynx's existence completely.""That's not important," Stella replied firmly. "You've already marked it. That's enough to start the bond between your inner wolves. You just need to ask Cygnus to search for Lynx's whereabouts.

The sky outside Purple Moon village was still gray, a sign that snow would fall again at any moment. Inside the warm healing room, the atmosphere remained tense even though the physical threat had passed. Altair stood by the window, his gaze blank through the misty glass. Enne lay unconscious, surrounded by the sharp yet soothing scent of herbs. Lynx, Enne's inner wolf, did not even make a sound. The healer was busy mixing herbs with quick but measured movements. Altair could only watch from a distance, his heart filled with an indefinable sense of anxiety.Andhara's name kept echoing in his mind, like a thorn piercing deep. If only she had listened to Altair and not been so stubborn..."Altair will definitely be angry," she muttered softly.

The Stella-led pack was still wrapped in the quiet of the morning when Altair and Devota spoke in the small meeting room. The soft scent of firewood wafted through the air, but the tension between them was more pronounced than the calm atmosphere outside. Stella had left to oversee the departure preparations, while Devota began her report with a serious face."The village is recovering," Devota said, opening the conversation. Her voice was calm but there was an urgent tone behind it. "The damage from the last attack has been repaired, and the warriors you assigned have maintained security well. But..."Altair raised an eyebrow, gesturing for Devota to continue."But this can't last," Devota admitted. "They need you there, Alpha. Your presence is important to maintain morale. The pack members are starting to get restless."Altair leaned back in his chair, his eyes narrowing. "What's making them uneasy?"Devota let out a long breath, then looked directly into Altair's eyes. In the depths of a rocky mountain, far from the reach of humans and wolves alike, an old woman sat cross-legged in the silence of the cave. Only the sound of water dripping from the stalactites broke the silence. Lyra, with her long silver hair hanging down, closed her eyes while letting her mind merge with the surrounding nature. Her calm aura enveloped the cave, creating a sacred atmosphere.Suddenly, from the opening of the cave, a white eagle darted in quickly. It soared down and stopped right in front of Lyra, its talons gripping the scroll sealed with Altair's mark.Lyra opened her eyes slowly, as if she already knew what was coming. Morning greeted Pack Altair with an astonishing silence. After the brutal attack the night before, the warriors and other pack members were busy tending to their wounds. Healers and omegas were hard at work, making sure all the wounded received adequate care. However, amidst the hustle and bustle, two figures stood tall without needing assistance-Altair and Stella. As Alphas, both possessed extraordinary regeneration abilities that allowed their wounds to heal in a matter of hours. But there was no time for relief. Altair's mind was still filled with questions about the rogue attack and the motives behind it.On the other hand, Enne sat on the terrace of the healer's house. His face was pale, but his mind was in turmoil. She knew that what she was about to tell Altair could change everything. With Lynx slowly recovering, Enne felt a greater responsibility to tell what she knew.***Altair found Enne a short while later. He approached the girl with steady steps, Stella was behind him,
