Chapter 132: Empty Threats

Every muscle in Raven’s body was coiled tight as she watched Lorcan and Declan exchange blows against one another. Lorcan is surprisingly fast, evading most of Declan’s blows. Still, with Declan’s experience in close combat, he is fast in thinking of strategies to fool Lorcan and land a serious attack on him.

The crowd was silent; their teeth were gnashed together, and their eyes were almost bulging out of their sockets. The fight is fast and intense. They had been expecting an interesting show but did not expect the two opponents to have too much energy. If you blink, you’ll miss the fight.

Raven’s eyes narrowed, and her breath hitched when Declan bit Lorcan’s shoulder in his wolf form, putting him out of his balance and making them fall badly on the ground. Lorcan is still in his human form, shifting quickly only when needed. Being in his human form gives him an advantage to evade Declan’s attacks in wolf form.
