Chapter 567

It was evening.

The last traces of the evening light cast its orange ray through the window and into the room. Its glow softened their features as she stared at Yanni in silence.

The little girl had an impeccable appearance.

Aside from being very pretty, there was something about her that Zoe loved very much.

She couldn’t put her finger on it, though.

After a brief pause, she couldn’t help but patted Yanni’s head and said truthfully, “You’re right. I love your dad.”

Yanni said brightly, “Don’t worry, Alice. Both Jamie and I won’t get in your way of winning my dad’s heart. If you to get married someday, maybe both of us can be your flower girls.”

Raising her eyes, the little girl stared into Zoe’s eyes, “We can even start calling you ‘Mom’ or ‘Mommy.’”

Zoe didn’t have any comeback for that.
