After the Pack healer examined me she declared that everything is fine. I waited for Lucian thinking he would take me back to the room himself however Mima told me not to so I quietly returned to the room.

I turned and tossed on the bed trying to sleep but I could not. Fed up, I walk over to the closet and pick out my book of spells where I'd jotted down some of what I created myself without the knowledge of anyone.

I sat down on the bed and went through them when I came across one that I'd long crafted myself but never worked on it.

It was one that could rid a witch of her powers.

This came from the depth of pain I received when my mother burnt my favorite doll in front of me. At just five years of age, I failed to pass the witch test which got my mother upset.

She took out all of my toys and burnt them all however none hurt as much as my favorite doll. It was the only surviving gift I had from my late father and she destroyed it.

As I wept in my closet I vowed
