118:  ATTACK

When the final letter was written, sealed, and set aside, I leaned back in my chair, feeling the weight of the night pressing down on me. The letters would be sent out at dawn, carried by trusted messengers who would deliver them swiftly across the lands. The responses would come in due time, but I had no doubt that there would be resistance. There always was when power shifted so dramatically.
