Wind Demons were not born to be anything but manipulators of the wind, but Chief Priest Kaka was different. As a child, his ability to conjure and control the wind elements was so weak that he doubted his heritage. Was he really a member of a race that could summon the winds and the rain with a flick of the finger, or was he some imposter’s child? Just it was everywhere, he was bullied for being different and eventually, he attempted to end his life. As an orphan belonging to a race of demons, there wasn’t much to gain by being alive. However, in a stereotypical novel fashion, Kaka did not die. His attempt to throw himself over a cliff saw him land in a cave that was hidden from the rest of the world, and it was there that he inherited the legacy of a long-forgotten Necromancer. Before the dust was cleared, Red Rose had done what she had wished to do. She had caused such a commotion merely based on instinct. She believed that every ability had a flaw. Just like how Barbarians were blessed with physical prowess that could not be equalled by any other race of this world yet could not control the elements, Red Rose believed that there was a flaw to the Necromancy class. She had tested out blocking his vision on a whim, for that was what her instincts screamed at her, but to think she was actually right.To her credit, it was not entirely a guess. Chief Priest Kaka referred to the reanimated Wind Demons as puppets, and this led Red Rose to wonder what it was that a puppeteer relied on to control his puppets. Was it the strings that kept the puppet tethered to its master? Or was it the master’s eyes that allowed him to freely direct the strings and control what the puppet would do? *Boom*The Barbarian Primogenitor smashed her fist into the ground, sending chunks of earth flying and crushing several Wind Demons that stood in her path. Ducking to avoid a blow from an eager Wind Demon, she grabbed the end of one of the pieces of earth she had sent flying earlier and pulled it back towards herself. Like a blacksmith hammering a smelted sword into shape, she brought that shard of earth down onto the Wind Demon and hammered away until it was nothing but a mixture of ‘goo and poo’. Without letting go of the slab of earth which she held and using it like a weapon, Red Rose crushed a few more Wind Demons before the slab of earth was reduced to fragments too small to be of any use. It was only then that she let go of the last bit that remained in her hand. Though she had lost her makeshift weapon, the Barbarian Primogenitor was unfazed. Village Head Samoa lifted up his great sword to block Red Rose’s blow, his pale eyes showing a glimpse of emotion as he was knocked back a few feet. Without making any obvious movements, he summoned the wind to break his retreat, causing a wind wall to appear behind him and gather him gently into its embrace. Red Rose sought to continue her pursuit, but Village Head Samoa was not her only foe now. Three Blood Golems dashed towards Red Rose even before she could go after Village Head Samoa.“Fast,” Red Rose’s eyes narrowed into slits, her lips twitching in surprise at the speed of the golems. Even if they were in humanoid shape, golems were still much heavier than humans. For the Blood Golems, their projected weight should have been about three times the weight of the average human. Logically speaking, they should have been slow in their movements; however, this was not the case. Red Rose moved with the momentum of bulldozer, mowing down any and everything that stood in her path. In less than three minutes, she had taken care of five ore Blood Golems, bringing her winning streak up to eight. While it was true that the Blood Golems technically possessed the strength of a Barbarian Ancestor, they did not have the battle experience or skill to use that kind of strength to its utmost. This may be because they were controlled by a Necromancer who knew nothing about close combat techniques, but they really were poor at utilizing their strength. This made it much easier to handle them than Red Rose had initially thought it would be. For if they truly could utilize all the power at their disposal, she would have had a much harder time handling their attacks.Unfortunately for the Barbarian Primogenitor, while it was true that they did not have the battle power of the Barbarian Ancestors, the Blood Golems had a structure similar to that of a high-grade mineral used to

The two Blood Golems that had been destroyed healed rapidly, displaying regenerative abilities that even gods would envy. In less than a couple of seconds, even the one that had been blown into tiny little pieces by the wind cube was fully restored and rushing towards Red Rose. It pulled back its large arm and without any hesitation, struck a powerful blow towards the Barbarian Primogenitor.Red Rose’s eyes flashed coldly as the Blood Golem flew towards her. The attack pattern of the creature was simple and easy to evade, and even in her current condition, it would not be a problem to get away from its clutches; however, when she tried to move, she realized that there was something holding on to her. Rolling her eyes downwards, she saw the reason for her immobilization.When the wind cube had exploded upon her, Red Rose had borrowed the momentum of the attack to crush the core of the impregnable golem she had trapped beneath her feet. Blood Golems were annoying enemies to handle. This was especially true because they were born of the dark hands of necromancy; however, everything had a flaw, and there was nothing that was of this world that did not have a weakness. The Blood Golems were no different.Just by seeing them regenerating once, Red Rose was able to discern their mechanism of regeneration. When the two Blood Golems had been destroyed, the Barbarian Primogenitor realized something. The bodies of the crushed Blood Golems didn’t simply come together. While both were destroyed differently, the way they regenerated was the same. For the one that had been destroyed by the wind cube, it had been reduced to minute fragments that could have easily been carried by the wind; yet it was still able to resurrect. What had regenerated first was its core, and the pieces that made it a living Undead came together around the core to give it life once more.The second had been destroyed by Red Rose herself, but it had healed
