The two Blood Golems that had been destroyed healed rapidly, displaying regenerative abilities that even gods would envy. In less than a couple of seconds, even the one that had been blown into tiny little pieces by the wind cube was fully restored and rushing towards Red Rose. This was especially true because they were born of the dark hands of necromancy; however, everything had a flaw, and there was nothing that was of this world that did not have a weakness. When the two Blood Golems had been destroyed, the Barbarian Primogenitor realized something. The bodies of the crushed Blood Golems didn’t simply come together. While both were destroyed differently, the way they regenerated was the same. For the one that had been destroyed by the wind cube, it had been reduced to minute fragments that could have easily been carried by the wind; yet it was still able to resurrect. “Did I mess with him a bit too much?” Red Rose wondered as small beads of sweat filled her forehead. She sported a wry smile as she watched the Blood Golems fragment into chunks of rock and blood and merge into one whole. The Blood King moved swiftly. Although it was several meters tall, it moved with the speed of a wind wielder at the peak of his process. In one simple leap, it was before Destiny and Red Rose, its sword arm swinging towards the two in a sweeping move that sought to take both out at the same time!*Whoooo*The wind pressure generated by the sword slash was akin to the forceful howl of a raging tornado. The winds tore at the ground and created several lacerations in the earth. Though the debris stung their eyes, those orbs remained opened and focused, their gazes fixed onto the sword that sought their lives. Destiny moved at a speed that was difficult to follow. His feet were as deft as the boots of the wind itself, and even one famous for his speed like Hermes of the 2nd Heaven would have been surprised by what he was seeing. Even though he was not using any inner energy, with his outer energy alone, he had strengthened his physical body to the extent that running at such high speeds did not cause any detriment to him. The only one who was affected by his speed was his enemy. The Blood King was sent flying backwards by the powerful strike, its formerly compact chest sporting a new crack where Destiny had struck it. Unlike when it was sent flying the first time, its retreat was not as lengthy, for it recovered quickly enough to save itself the embarrassment of running a few kilometres to get back; however, its owner was unhappy with its performance.Looking at the new injury on the Blood King’s chest, Chief Priest Kaka could not help but frown in annoyance.
