Chapter 3

Anna pov

I woke but kept my eyes closed because Luca and Lorenzo were here again. Both visit daily, and I hate it at times. I want to cry because both ruined me.

"Anna, I hear Luca's soft, deep voice beside me, baby wake up so we can talk." I turn over and rub at my eyes before blinking like I just woke up.

"What do you want?"I say harshly. He sighs.

"To apologize for everything baby",I scoff.

"Save it, I'm not giving in so fast to them even though my wolf is begging me to, you both believed that bitch and look what happened. She ran and I lost everything because of her. Lets not forget you killed our pup",Both flinch and look down ashamed.

"We are sorry Anna and we got men out looking for Bethany as we speak",I chuckle darkly.

"So that is suppose to make up for hitting me and killing our son",both look like I stabbed them as it sinks in.

"A boy",I sigh sadly.

"I found out the day you took it all away I wanted to come home and eat before telling you both, I sigh, instead I got accused of selling information to our enemies. You just believed her over your chosen mate shows what kind of men you both are. So go fuck Bethany and be with her nasty ass. Death needs to take her",I turn over giving them my back.

"Anna we are truly sorry my love",I sigh again.

"A little late for that Lorenzo you both aren't trustworthy and what if another cunt does this. I'm okay here in Howl pack and I'm not coming back to your bullshit",I yawn as exhaustion hits.

"Rest baby, I'm covered, we will talk more after your nap",I yawn as my eyes shut.

Lorenzo pov

We really destroyed our girl I think as I cover her with another blanket when she shivers bad. She looks awful and frail which is on us. Luca looks ready to flip his shit as he paces. Anna gave up everyone can see and hear it. The career she once loved is now hated by her. Sebastian even said she seems detached during labors and leaves as fast as she can after each new pup is born. We both ruined her and for Bethany who had us convinced Anna was a traitor. She must have gotten a real good hacker to help her because we never found them.

"She still looks beautiful," Luca brushes her hair back, his big fingers caressing her cheek.

"No amount of sweet talk will get her to forgive us brother",I sit and kiss her fingers.

"Well, I'm not giving up, he growls, she is our mate, and I will be with her from here on out." I just sigh as I watch her. She has dark circles under her eyes, and she looks extremely malnourished. Spencer said when she sobbed and he lifted her, he was sad to feel how little our Anna weighed right now. When he walks in with food, he sighs.

"She wake yet?"we both sigh as he covers her more.

"She did but she is still mad at us, I sigh, can't say I blame her we fucked shit up",I rake fingers through my hair frustrated.

"Grovel , he smiles, grovel every damn day if you have to because she will need it. Anna gave up after everything came out but the worst shit is she had no one to lean on. You two were her anchors but now she relies solely on herself. Doc says she just goes through the motions every day to appear normal ",We both look at her sadly.

"We won't give up on her Spencer she is our world",Luca mumbles.

"Well prove it, Spencer sets her food on the table, Anna honey I brought food. Wake up and eat",she yawns and tired eyes take us in.

"Spencer you know I can barely eat",he sighs sadly as he opens the containers.

"I know honey but you need nutrients so sit up and dig in",she sighs but listens. We watch her pick at the food and eat a small amount. Spencer quickly cleans up when she pushes the table away and hugs her before leaving. We watch her scoot to get up and head to the bathroom. She sighs loud as she cleans up in there.

"Let us help you Anna",I say knocking wanting in to care for her.

"I'm good",She calls back. I can hear the exhaustion in her voice.

"Baby your still weak, she sighs louder, let me in to assist you",she scoffs. I swear I hear her cuss about us but I ignore it.

"I'm perfectly fine on my own been on my own for a few years now",she mutters annoyed.

"Well we joined Howl with Spencer so we are both here to stay. Your our mate baby we want you",she sighs in anger.

"You had your chance you both fucked it up...no you exploded our mate relationship over that cunt. You believed her over me and hitting me for her. I meant what I said when I said there is no coming back from this. I gave you both my all and I got destroyed by you two. Just leave me alone",she whimpers as she starts to cry. I find her on the floor crying and trying to reign it in. Her hands go to her flat belly and she cries harder. Doc rushes in and sedates her so I can lift her up. I carry her to the bed and once she is out I cover her small body. Anna is usually well put together but this version of her is scary as fuck. She cries so much it freaks us out but we caused this.

When she disappeared a few years ago we almost went rogue to find her but Sebastian said she was here so we waited till Spencer moved here before we followed. We wanted our girl and would go through hell to get her back.

"My baby girl",I kissed her head savoring her scent. Luca sat quietly as he watched her breath. He hates she doesn't want us anymore but I hope we can change her mind with time.

"She looks good considering, he says watching her, I thought she take a male to her bed",I look at him eyes wide. Was he serious right now?

"Shut up, I growl out, you did this Luca and now we have to scramble to get our mate back. You and Bethany are the worst assholes ever. Our mate was telling the truth and your ass ruined it. I'm not losing her",he sighs.

"I want her as well Lorenzo, he growls, I missed her so fucking much it hurts",I roll my eyes. We sit for a few when Spencer says they found Bethany. She is with a rogue Alpha and they believe he is her mate. I growl wanting a pound of flesh for all that cunt took from us. I stand and so does Luca. We head to the prison but Spencer stops us.

"Sebastian won't tolerate you going crazy Luca he will handle this I'm telling you to stand down till I say what will be done. There is no room for arguments on this",we both back off as Spencer walks away. He never ordered us to back off and a small part is pissed over that.

"That bitch needs to pay for her crimes",Luca says pissed.

"She will brother but for now we need to wait and get Anna to open up to us. We need to grovel hard",he growls and we head to Anna hoping she forgives us. I sit close so I can take her hand and kiss it.

I hope she forgives us soon.
