Chapter 80. The Mistake

She has an amazing scent that bothers me, her face, her eyes, and the way her body moves all puts me in discomfort when she is around. Yet the worst part was letting her help me in my most vulnerable state and asking her to keep it a secret. Chelsey is a young she-wolf and I could tell that she is not mated as well, even Randy was not able to hide his interest when he saw her and that did not sit well with me. For now, maybe the best decision is to keep her close and to see if she can be trusted.

Her movements from the guestroom where she staying kept me wide awake until dawn, which made me change my mind about the decision to keep her there.
