Axel woke up feeling dizzy. He placed his hand on his head and rose from the couch, thinking about how he would end up going home.

He walked to the restroom to wash his face. He stared at himself in the mirror, seeing the cut on his lips and the bruises on his face and neck.

He hates being in himself because his mind keeps on remembering the love of his life. He has been making himself drunk to escape from the reality he can’t accept till now, but his mind has been making it hard for him to keep on playing all the sweet memories they had together all and over again.

He punched the wall and breathed deeply. His hand had been slowly getting hurt as the blood ran down his fingers. "I don’t deserve her because I can only hurt her. I have been a burden to her ever since, but I haven’t done anything for her yet. I am a worthless person, I deserve to vanish in this world!"
