I wasn't sure I did well in my biophysics test.

And that would have bugged me into restlessness as soon as I submitted my paper. But that was the least troubling thought I was battling.

All I could think of and found hard to process was that I was in danger and was partially on the run.

I'd never had a reason to hide or even, feel endangered before. My constant troubles since I lost my parents was how to pass a test, an exam and how to juggle my part-time jobs in order to make time for Grandma and my studies.

Now, my worries weren't in any way basic. Rather I was worried about some unknown wolf desperate to have my head on a spike. 

Although Aiden had asked me to move in with him till I was finally safe and I had agreed, I still found it all to be new. At first, it felt like it was merely a joke or even, a bad dream that I was bound to wake up from. But the look on Aiden's face had husked out such thought.
