SHREYA'S POV
Today is Wednesday, and it has been 5 days since the incident.Since that day, I've been thinking about what that girl told me in the mall. He forced himself on her, she said, and when she refused, he fired her. I didn't believe her at the time, but now I believe she was correct.I haven't been to the office since that day. I don't want to confront him after what happened. I didn't even write anything to take leave, telling them I wasn't feeling well, and I didn't receive any mail or messages from that side.I don't know what to do next. I was just sleeping in these days, and they were the best days of my life since joining his office.I was now feeling fine, and my temperature was normal. I'm suffering from a mild cold.My stomach churned. I'm starving. I dragged myself to the bathroom did my business and went down to have lunch because the time of breakfast has long gone.I was getting frustrated, partly bSHREYA'S PERSPECTIVEAfter signing the contract, he and I went to the hospital, and I was relieved to learn that the operation had begun and that Ansh bhaiya was donating blood to Papa.Except for bringing the medicines and other supplies requested by the doctor, he did not leave my side for a single minute.Papa was discharged three days later, and we returned home. Even there, he looked after my family. My mother asked who had assisted me, and when I told her, she thanked him profusely. Only if she knew he was to blame for Papa's condition. Papa was extremely grateful to him and Ansh bhaiya. He took advantage of the situation by presenting my parents with a marriage proposal, which they gladly accepted. They are overjoyed, as if they have received a diamond or the best person on the planet as their son-in-law.They assumed we were having an affair and that I loved him because I didn't refuse his proposal. SHREYA'S POV His room was on the first floor. He brought me into his room and made me stand on my feet.He entered the room without saying anything and opened the attached door. I suppose it's a restroom.I took a round of my position and looked around. The room was quite large and royal, with a king-sized bed in the centre. I was drooling over the bed because I was exhausted and needed to sleep, and that bed looked so tempting, so comfortable, inviting me to sleep on it.But I am not going to sleep with him. Never!!The thing that struck me the most was that everything is black, whereas my room is vibrantly coloured. What is it about darkness that he finds so appealing?Although I love black, everything here screamed intimidation, dominance, and loneliness. My gaze is drawn to the clutcher, which is resting on the small table on the right side of the bed. I went over there and grabbed it.This is my clutcher, which I removed from my hair that day and placed on his study table. What
Atharva's POV I woke up at my usual time and opened my eyes to find my butterfly in my arms. Finally! I was able to catch her. It was one of a hell difficult task though. My day is definitely going to be a good one because the first thing that I have seen after opening my eyes is my butterfly's face. My one hand was around her bare waist and one leg entangled with her legs. The rays from the sun were falling on her face making it more angelic and glowing. There is so much peace in her face. What a beautiful sight to wake up to!She is in a deep sleep her eyes are closed, lips little pouted with innocence written all over her face. But she is not as innocent as she looks. She fights back and never takes even a single thing on her. She is a bold lady who is always ready with her answers to debate.I moved my other leg a little and found something. I moved up and that was the pillow with which she created a line of control last night. I was sleeping all over her and that too on her
"Sign it, Shreya," he said calmly as he sat in his office chair. This made my blood boil; how dare he."No, Mr. Singhania, I will not sign these papers." "You have to baby" "I am not your baby, and I am not in your dreams." I screamed angrily and ripped the papers into small pieces. I was leaving his office because I couldn't stand there for even a second longer. But, in the blink of an eye, he came forward, gripped my arms tightly, and spun me around, forcing me to face him. He was staring me down, and I was fighting him equally because I didn't want to show any signs of fear. "where do you think you're going?" In a fit of rage, he inquired. "That's none of your business," I retorted. "Don't show me that attitude, or you'll regret it." He said this while tightening his grip even more. His fingers will undoubtedly leave bruises on my skin. I wiggled, "Just leave me alone and let me go."
SHREYA 'S POV : "Shreya, baby, wake up!" "Mumma, just 5 minutes more." I requested my mom for the last time. Let me tell you something: I am not a morning person. "You've been saying it for an hour. No more sleeping, just waking up. Tomorrow is Saturday, baby, and you are free to sleep as much as you want." "Maa, please." I asked for her again. "You're going to be late for work, baby. It's already 9 a.m., and you have to be at the office by 10 a.m. How will you deal with it?" "Oh maa, please na, I'll make it" "Why don't you pay attention to what I'm saying? Get up! "I didn't respond to her. "Ok, then sleep, I won't bother you again, and don't come to me saying that Mumma. Please hurry up, I'm running late, Mumma, where is my bag or my shirt? Do whatever you want." TodayOffo , I irritated my mother yet again today. Let's stand up, Shreya, before Mumma comes with a broom to beat you
ATHARVA'S POV: I awoke at 6 a.m. and went to my personal gym. I don't need an alarm clock or anyone else to wake me up. I am an early riser. I despise sleeping and often wonder how people can sleep for so many hours. I don't believe in any God because I am God, and people beg, fear, and thrive on my shards. I don't need to pray to God for anything; I can get whatever I want. I don't care if God exists or not. Because, if they exist, why do people spread their hands in front of others? Huh. I was deep in thought when I heard a knock on the door. What in the world is this? I clenched my teeth. I just don't like it when someone interrupts my workout. "What the hell," I yelled as I stormed towards the door. "S... Sir, your break.... breakfast." She stumbled. She worked as my maid. She's a jerk. "How dare you interrupt me, and who gave you the right to come here in the first place?" I yelled, and she flinched.
SHREYA'S POV : Fortunately, the road was clear, and I did not arrive late today. We've arrived at our office's canteen to eat lunch. We include Neha (my good friend), Rahul (my friend), and Ansh bhaiya (he acts like a big brother and protects me, so I call him bhaiya). He genuinely cares about me and is always willing to assist me. With a single glance, he can tell what I'm thinking. And console me in a way that no one else could) and, of course, me. They are my office friends, and even though they are all seniors to me, they make me feel at ease here. I thought moving to a new city would be difficult, but these three gems made everything simple. I couldn't hear what they were saying because I was preoccupied with my food. Neha has an idea completely out of the blue. As she began to speak, my gaze was drawn to her. "Hey guys, it's Friday today, and we can go to the club tonight, what do you think?" My eyes widened, and the spoo
SHREYA'S POV : I was standing in the corner with Rahul by my side, staring at the traitor Neha, who was happily dancing with her boyfriend, leaving me alone with Rahul, as she had done every damn time. I felt awkward the moment I walked into the club. Perhaps because more than half of the people were inebriated and dancing erratically. I'm not used to this kind of atmosphere, and it makes me feel very uneasy. "Shreya," Rahul called out, jolting me out of my trance. When I didn't respond, he tapped my shoulder and said, "Shreya." "Where are you lost, Shreya. Were you even paying attention to me? I've been talking to you for a long time, and you've been standing quietly. Is everything okay? Are you all right?" Rahul inquired. Oh, Shreya, he's trying to keep you company and make you feel at ease, and you're lost in your thoughts. "Oh, Rahul, I just want water, you know." I clenched my teeth and pursed my li

Atharva's POVThat was the end of the chapter for that boy. He'll never dare to get between me and my butterfly again. But, as I previously stated, her actions will not go unpunished. I've been giving her way too much work. I want to physically break her before attacking her emotionally. It would be good for her if she understands this way or I know the hard way too.I called her at my house this weekend to finish the remaining work. There is a lot of work to be done because it is peak season, and I cannot trust anyone. Even though I can do it on my own, I want her by my side at all times, and she has to do it for what I pay her.I was sitting in my home office, which I had set up. I was alone because I had given my servants leave because they kept knocking and disturbing me while I was working, no matter how much I threatened them, especially that old aunty Madhu. I'm not sure why she cares so much about me when I keep pushing her out of my life.
SHREYA'S PERSPECTIVEI was left with no choice but to return to work. Because if I collect all of my wealth, including the expected money from the Mathura home, it only adds up to 30 lacs. And I don't think it's a good idea to take out a loan when I'm already burdened by the monthly payments on this house. So I abandoned the idea of resigning from my job and causing myself more problems.Since that day, he has been acting strangely. He assigns me a large amount of work with a short deadline.I'm sometimes late getting back home. It was 10:00 p.m. on the first day of this week when I was returning home, and I felt someone was following me, which scared me. But I found out the next day that it was none other than him.I am becoming frustrated because I am unable to sleep properly, and my eyes have begun to paint as a result of my incessant computer work. But if he thinks he can force me to do what he wants in this manner, he is mistaken, co
Shreya's POVI decided to leave the job because I could not work under him in any way. I know I'll be unemployed for the rest of my life as a result of breaching the contract, but it's a lot better than working for a criminal.I typed my resignation letter and emailed it to the appropriate authority.Mumma Papa left for Mathura yesterday to attend the wedding of one of my cousins, so I'm alone at home. They asked me to accompany them, but I refused because I assumed he would not grant me leave, which I now regret. It would be preferable if I were in Mathura rather than confronted with yesterday's scene.'Love you Zindagi, love you Zindagi'I really need to change my ringtone because I'm not feeling you right now, Zindagi."Hello""Good day, Shreya.""Are you sure, Rahul?" He sounded agitated."Could you please come downstairs? I'm at your front door "He spoke in hushed tones. What happened to h
SHREYA'S PERSPECTIVEI still cannot accept that he is a murderer. I wasn't sure, so I looked into him and discovered that everything she said was true.He couldn't possibly do it.I can't bear the thought of even hurting my father, and he, he.....I used to despise him because of his ego, arrogance, domineering, and self-centered personality, but now I simply despise him. I'm not interested in seeing him.'Tring Tring'When my phone rang, it was from him. I was not in the mood to speak with him. As a result, I ignored it.My office phone then rang."Good day," I said."I need you in my office RIGHT NOW!" he yelled from the other end of the phone. What does he want right now? It's already 5 minutes after 6 p.m. It is time for me to leave the office. With no other options, I went to his door and knocked."Come in," he said calmly this time.I walked in. He was sitting in his offi
Atharva's POVWhen I saw my butterfly conversing with that bitch, I couldn't help but become enraged.I'm not sure what she wants, but I'm pretty sure her intentions aren't good. She and her son will undoubtedly try to harm my girl, especially since they know I have a soft spot in my heart for her.If my butterfly gets even a single scratch as a result of them, I will kill them with my bare hands.I was out of control and punching the wall furiously out of rage. The door opened and she peeped in. Her face has a magic that no one else has. I felt a little relieved. I wished for her to come to me and calm the beast within me. But she didn't approach me. Maybe she got terrified.I stopped punching the wall and went outside and got a call from my advocate. He told me that he will hand over the papers tomorrow.I can't wait for tomorrow to make her sign those papers and claim her as mine. But I know she will not sign that eas
