He Takes Her Home

Dave and Zendaya absentmindedly walk to where the car is, as soon as the driver saw them approaching, he came out to open the door for them, Mr.David has always been aware of all Dave's dealings since he was a young lad, Dave has always been very open with David he tell him absolutely everything that is going on in his personal life and he trusts him to help in providing a suitable solution or better still comfort him in the right proportion,  they have grown from being just an employee and Employer's relationship to intimate Friends, Dave trusts David with all his life and he believes he will never do anything to jeopardize their relationship it's very rare to meet a powerful person like Dave who isn't proud or try to subdued other people with his wealth or power.  They got into the car and David zoomed immediately without waiting for any further instructions since he already knew where Dave would want him to go, the journey was dead silent since no one was ready to ignite a conversation due to the fear that, he might say something wrong that would upset her

Dave looked out through the window as the cold breeze blowing outside the racing car flush across his face gently, he felt the coldness of the winter breeze and he felt his heart skip a beat due to the joy he felt being close to the person that matters to him the most. , he couldn't help himself at this very moment, his mind couldn't help but drift back to the past few months since he became the Alpha of the great Vertex pack,  he has lost the zeal to be happy and all he does is work and try to make sure that the people in his pack have everything they need including shelter and protection, but everything changed drastically the night he met Zend e felt his whole life getting connected to a total stranger, there was something strangely unique about her, Everything about her magnet his attention towards her,  he found her wandering all alone in the streets, then he made up his mind to become her protective shield now, he has finally summoned the courage to take her to his pack where he would be able to protect her from anyone harboring evil plans against her. He has watched over her for months and realized that someone is probably planning evil against her or she might have undergone some kind of Terrible situation in life which makes her abhor so much hatred towards people around her but Dave was able to win her trust and he is willing to do anything to keep her trust forever.

All of a sudden the car came to a screeching halt, and both of them came falling over but Dave was Swift and he saved her from falling over, she became terrified as a result of it all, she was scared and frighten by any little thing,  she became sentimental and withdrew her herself from Dave's Embrace, but he grabbed her even more firmly despite the sparkling effect of their connection, he held her tightly to him and cuddled her until she finally succumbed to his authority,  Dave kept growling lightly due to the pain that came with the connection but his pain is not important to him right now, his only concern right now is how to make sure Zendaya doesn't feel any kind of insecurities.

"What the hell is happening? Why did the car come to a stop? He asked fuming with anger written all over him,  his breathing became hoarse and he spoke coldly.

" Some animals as coming in front of the car before I could register what was happening, they were already standing right in front of the car, so I had to stop the car spontaneously he explained gently.

"it's fine, you can start the car now, he urges caressing Zendaya's cheeks to calm her down, immediately David swung the car into motion and they rode silently until they got to a beautiful mansion standing in the heart of the city, there was a signboard"welcome to the Great Vertex pack" was boldly written on it. David drove through the gigantic gate until he got a parking lot the parking lot contains so many beautiful and luxurious carssssrswhich seems to be owned by the richest man in the city actually, Dave is the richest man in the entire pack and everything about the pack is under his control and he can choose to do anything he wants but Dave is different from the rest of the other Alphas he doesn't try to enforce his dominance on his subjects.

Dave came out of the car and stretch forth his hands to get a firm hold of Zendaya's hands he brought her out of the car as carefully as he could and after that, he walked her slowly into the hall but as soon as he got to the entry, a brailing voice of a lady came calling out to him.

" Dave? My love where on Earth have you been for so long He asked dramatically making her way past Zendaya to give him a slight hug,  She hugged him for few seconds then she disengaged from the hug and held his cheeks to cross-check the expression on his face, but all she could ascertain from her observation was just cold and atrocious expression which he wears whenever she comes close to him.

Melina finds it difficult getting to the root of the reasons behind Dave's hatred towards her but all her efforts were abortive but whatever the reasons are she doesn't really gut it since all she desires is Dave and she is not really to talk about the rest of the narratives She raised her brows to glare viciously at Zendaya before feigning friendliness, "Dave who is this beautiful one right here? She asks attempting to touch Zendaya, before her hand could land on Zenny's cheeks she retreated and hide behind Dave in fear,  which caused Melina to stop in her tracks.

"Oopsshe is such is a scared little cat I'm not going to hurt you, darling, you don't have to be so scared of me and besides since you are Dave's friend then you are my friend too, moreover I'm going to get married to him soon so I'm bound to get used to every piece of trash he chooses to bring into our home, not like I have a choice anyway, she shrugged her shoulders before taking few steps backward. "Love I have begun the arrangements for our wedding," she said excitedly almost jumping in joy.

"CancelIiIve replied coldly without blinking an eye,   after he said that he took hold of Zenny and made to lead her upstairs but his mother came from the opposite direction and stop them abruptly.

"You are asking your fiancee to terminate your wedding plans because of this tramp? She asked angrily with the veins on her forehead almost Popping out due to anger,"  is your fiancee and the future Luna of this pack and as your mother, I am telling you that this wedding will hold as scheduleescheduleeou won't be able to do anything to stop it and if you dare to attempt anything silly then you will have to face my wrath, I Know you are very stubborn but I'm even more stubborn than you could ever imagine you don't believe me then let's take a bet, if you cut off this alliance then I will end my life and you will be held responsible for my death, she threatened ferociously er eyes kept staring directly into Dave's eyes to grasp his reactions. 

Dave chuckles calamitously while taking his hands and placing them on his mother's cheeks"mother, I know you better than you know yourself, you came even think of taking your lifeline you love herself and your reputation way too much, you are too selfish, so don't bother threatening me with a threat on your life, I know you won't do anything of that such. "And yes tell your ideal daughter to prepare her bags to leave this pack otherwise you will have yourselves to blame for my ruthless actions, he said grinning evilly after that he went close to Zendaya and took her hands leading her upstairs where he has had a room prepare for them.

  "Come back here,  we are still not done talking yet,   Melina yelled angrily throwing all the objects she could find on the floor he took a bottle of liquor and smashed it hard against the floor and the content came pouring out and there were pieces of glass over the place.

Zendaya was dumbfounded by her sudden viciousness that she stopped in her tracks and clung to Dave firmly to avoid being hurt, Dave patted her shoulders and led her far into the room without paying attention to the commotion being created by angry Melina.

"Don't worry, you won't go anywhere else, you will stay here with us, and your wedding will take place just like we had planned and nothing can prevent the wedding from taking place not even Dave himself or that lunatic he brought home,  you are my rightful daughter-in-law and no one is going to take your place in this house, this is are the words of the queen and it's final, Naya assures Melina while bending to scoop her into a warm embrace.

While hugging Naya she was lost in thought, she was thinking about how to make Dave fall in love with her and how she can have him all to herself, "I will make that tramp's life a living hell, I will torture her so much that she would about from this place without thinking twice about it after that Dave will have. no choice but to start life afresh with me ", she thoughts grinning evil within herself.

It was already late when they got back to the park, Dave took Zendaya to his room , immediately they got into the room Dave quickly changed his outfits as he was ready to take a shower and prepare for the night ,After changing he saw Zendaya standing motionlessly in front of the bed , she was probably puzzled by the gigantic room ,and how beautiful the decorations in the room was ,she was just looking at the different portraits hanging on the wall ,when her eyes flashes across a specific picture she smiled innocently , this is the first time she is smiling since Dave met her and he found her smile very beautiful , unknown to her Dave was watching her all this time ,when she turn around to take a look at other pictures she found Dave looking at her and she quickly switch her smiling face in to a moody crap ,she became very shy seeing Dave drape only towel around his waist and to top it all he has been spying on her ,she wasn't finding it any funny ,so she grinned at him angrily stomping her feet against the floor to show her displeasure , she began throwing tantrums and sobbing bitterly.

Dave came close to her and embraced her tightly, immediately their bodies come in contact the flash of the spark effect came into the display and Dave jerked his body away from her immediately but he slowly engulfed her in a Swift and hug which lessened the effect of the spark. He pampered her until she finally calmed down and stopped with her tantrums. After she calmed down he took her to the bathroom to shower it's not like she doesn't know know how to take care of herself, but he feels that is responsible for her now and so he is ready to do even the very little things for her, Zendaya looks very unkempt due to the harsh environment she has been exposing to cleaning her up is the only way he could make her looks presentable to the entire world and he also plans to take her out to the salon tomorrow for a makeover.

After spending some minutes in the bathroom, he came out along with her, a towel was wrapped around her body as she staggers to keep her balance,   he took out some clothes from the closet and worn it for her after they had dinner he tucked her to bed.
