Hannah took a deep breath. "It's about Marcelyn. I know that she doesn't like me, but I just can't take it anymore. She's always picking fights and making me feel like I'm not welcome here. And now she's accusing me of even flirting with you!"

Darell raised an eyebrow. "Flirting with me? What do you mean?"

Hannah bit her lip, looking down. "She said I am always touching you, and talking to you in that sultry voice of mine. It's clear that she's trying to find a reason to fight with me again, and it's making me feel so uncomfortable."

Darell sighed, shaking his head. "Hannah, you're just imagining things. Marcelyn would never say something like that."

Hannah shook her head. "No, Darell, I'm not imagining things. I know what I heard, and I know what I feel. I just can't keep living like this. I need to leave."
