Chapter eighty four

As the days passed, Marcelyn found herself falling deeper in love with Darell. They spent their days exploring the city, going to museums and art galleries, and enjoying each other's company. Marcelyn couldn't believe how lucky she was to have found someone like him.

But despite the happiness they shared, there was still tension between Marcelyn and Hannah. Marcelyn tried her best to be civil around the other woman, but she couldn't shake the feeling that Hannah was still trying to steal Darell away from her.

One night, as they were all gathered in the living room of Darell's palace, Marcelyn couldn't take it anymore. She stood up, her eyes flashing with anger.

"Why are you still here, Hannah?" she spat. "Why are you still trying to come between us?"

Hannah looked taken aback by the sudden outburst. "I don't know what you're talking about," she said.

"Don't play dumb with me," Marcelyn snapped. "I know you've been trying to seduce Darell since the moment you met him."
