Chapter 3

“How about it? Isn't the ring wonderful?”

“How did you know, Grandfather?”

“Because I am also part of the ring.”

“Your words are full of mystery, Grandfather.”

Mike was puzzled by Josh's sudden act of kneeling, then he went after Andy and grabbed his arm.

“You damn bastard! What did you do to my son? Why is he like that?”

“Hey, mind your manners. Get lost! It's none of your business, damn it. I'm not interested in hearing your filthy nonsense this morning.”

Josh's father tried to punch Andy's jaw, but he didn't know that Andy was tough enough. With a slight shift of his body, Andy managed to dodge Mike's punch. Curious, Josh's father attacked again, and this time Andy caught his hand and pressed hard.

“Listen, I have enough shame not to fight in public. I have tried to restrain myself, and don't force me to break every bone in your body!”

“To hell with you! What can you do, damn it.”

“I can break all your bones in the most beautiful tone you've ever heard.”

“You son of a b****, you're just bluffing!”

“You better shut your mouth and clean it with a tissue, damn it.”

Andy released his grip, and suddenly Mike felt all the bones in his body moving as if broken. A piece of bone now protruded from his elbow, and blood gushed from his mouth. Mike stared wide-eyed and screamed for help as his bone protruded from under his jacket, and blood flowed like water from a tap.

Two security guards came and checked on the panicking Mike, “It's okay; you look fine, Mr. Bolton.”

“Don't you see this bone sticking out of my elbow? What—”

Mike Bolton was shocked to see his elbow perfectly fine. “I swear I saw it earlier, look! Blood is also flowing from my mouth!”

The security guards left him, whispering, “It seems Mr. Bolton is starting to hallucinate.”

Meanwhile, Andy was not provoked by Mike's foolish remarks at all. He walked towards Sebastian, who turned to him, with a plan in his mind. Andy could sense it.

Arriving in a large and luxurious meeting room, Andy saw a woman struggling to organize some files and prepare electronic devices.

“Excuse me, could you please help me arrange my files for the presentation later?”

“With pleasure.”

Andy assisted the newly arrived girl, a blonde with blue eyes. She had a curvy figure, shoulder-length hair, and wore a light blue blazer. Hastily, she sorted out all her needs with Andy's help until they were finished.

“Thank you. Here's a tip for you.”

“Thank you, you can keep it.”

Andy looked back but didn't see Sebastian there. He scanned the room to find his grandfather. As he gazed in the girl's direction, his grandfather was already behind him, patting his shoulder.

“Grandfather, you startled me, disappearing like a ghost.”

“Poor joke. Allow me to introduce you to Dave; he will assist you from today onwards. He is your assistant in everything.”

Lewis and his entourage entered the meeting room, exuding arrogance and aggression from his face. Sebastian's youngest son stared sharply at Andy. Andy returned the gaze with equal intensity, feeling a surge of boiling and hateful blood within. Suddenly, the room temperature dropped significantly as Andy and Lewis stared at each other in silence.

Lewis sat in Sebastian's designated seat, and Andy looked at Lewis, leading his grandfather towards Lewis.

“Move aside now, that's not your place, you bastard!”

“Who do you think you are to command me, you brat!”

“I am Andy Blain, the next ruler. Step aside, you bastard!”

Lewis's body trembled slightly, and his chair vibrated, throwing Lewis off the chair. It seemed to happen naturally, but Lewis, Andy, and Sebastian knew that it was an unseen force that did it.

“You—”

“Please sit, Grandfather. This is your seat.”

Andy wasn't concerned about his uncle's reaction; he chose to sit in the first seat among the meeting attendees. Five minutes later, the meeting room filled with important company figures, and no one was late.

“In short, starting today, I, Sebastian Blain, announce my resignation from my current position. However, I will continue to serve as the advisor of Blain Corps, and I appoint Andrew Blain as my successor, relieving Lewis of his current position.”

Sebastian's decision caused a momentary stir in the room; they didn't know who Andrew was. Andy could clearly hear their whispers, as if they were in his ears. Lewis was not happy with his father's decision.

Lewis slammed the table hard, stood up, and boldly grabbed Sebastian's collar. “Your decision doesn't make sense, old man! Withdraw it and return my position.”

“Release your filthy hands from my Grandpa. I am the ruler here."

Andy's demeanor and gaze turned cold and authoritative, like that of a king, causing Lewis to weaken and feel as if under immense pressure.

Silence… no sound at all, as if everyone present was hypnotized by Andy's aura of majesty. Their gazes seemed to worship Andy as an extraordinary leader. Sebastian nudged Lewis's body and adjusted his collar.

Lewis's body trembled intensely; in his view, he saw Andy wearing a magnificent royal robe and crown. The dark red velvet robe adorned with green emeralds at the top. Andy's large crown was adorned with Ruby stones. A menacing black dragon stood behind Andy.

“Damn it! I have to find a way to get rid of Andy.”
