Unchanging Feelings

Clara returned to the place where she had grown up. She has arrived at the Dark Moon Pack, located in the forest of Strathcona.

"Daniel, what's wrong with Clara?" Sierra asked.

Alpha Daniel sighed with Clara, who looked drenched and a little limp. Then Sierra helped her brother hold Clara's arm to sit on the sofa.

"Huh I got here in time, she was about to smash her body into my car!" Alpha Daniel grumbled.

"I'm sorry for always bothering you, Daniel, Sierra," Clara replied as she pursed her lips.

Alpha Daniel smiled and gently rubbed one of Clara's shoulders, "No matter. You're safe here now, that jerk man can't hurt you anymore."

"He doesn't seem to care and won't be looking for me anyway, Alpha Daniel. Susan changed his world," Clara said with a sad look.

"Susan?" Alpha Daniel asked with a frown.

"His chosen mate, another reason for him to reject me." Clara replied with a shrug.

Alpha Daniel immediately hugged Clara to calm her down. Sierra smiled as she watched the two of them because Sierra knew that Alpha Daniel loved Clara very much. She was his hidden love. His affection hadn't changed even though Clara had been owned by Alpha Robin.

"I know your feelings for her are still the same, Daniel. Maybe this is your chance to get Clara back." Sierra spoke to Daniel through a mind link.

Alpha Daniel smiled at his sister, "Thank you!" he said, still with their mind-links connected.

Then, in front of Clara and Sierra, the man said again, "I should have beaten up that Alpha. He doesn't deserve to be an Alpha. You know that wolves should only be loyal to one female," Alpha Daniel said as he shook his head.

Sierra chuckled as she listened to her brother's words, and then she replied sarcastically to Daniel, "Maybe you are the only Alpha loyal to a she-wolf."

Alpha Daniel glared at Sierra, and his little sister stifled a laugh. The man wasn't ready for Clara to know his true feelings right now.

Clara immediately imagined Alpha Robin again. Unnoticed, her tears fell, and Sierra panicked.

"Hey, hey, why are you crying, Clara? Did Daniel and I misspeak?" Sierra asked.

Clara smiled and shook her head, "Um, I just miss being Alpha Robin a little bit, maybe I'm not used to it yet and I'll forget about it slowly, don't you think?"

"Of course you should forget! It's too stupid to go back to someone who hurt you." Alpha Daniel said with a sharp look.

Seeing her brother getting upset, Sierra thought of a way to keep the atmosphere from getting heated. Fortunately, one of the Omegas suddenly arrived with their dinner.

"I forgot, let's change your clothes first, you're cold and then we'll have dinner. I know Clara must be hungry because she traveled quite far, right?"

Clara nodded and followed Sierra.

Then after she had changed her clothes, Clara ate dinner with them.

"I'm glad I still have you two, people who always take care of me. Thank you," Clara said with a smile.

Sierra and Alpha Daniel returned Clara's smile. The three of them hugged each other.

"Let's eat! I've prepared this special menu just for you, Clara." Sierra roared.

After Clara, Daniel, and Sierra did everything, they didn't immediately move from their seats and decided to relax while watching the T.V screen that was on.

Suddenly, a newscast came from a channel called Wulfie Television. It was a channel only for werewolves and ordinary humans couldn't access it.

The newscast informed about the chaotic conditions that had occurred in several pack houses in Canada due to the actions of the Rogues. The rogues burned many houses, and they killed some people as well as the cries of puppies, cubs, and the screams of women.

"How terrible and cruel these rogues are! What are they looking for?" Sierra said, shuddering at the television screen.

Alpha Daniel replied, "I heard they took some Luna to hand over to Rogue King Alex."

Hearing this, Clara immediately turned to Daniel, her best friend, "For what?"

"To satisfy his desires, Rogue King Alex believes the more he gets a Luna to fuck, the greater his power. I don't understand where he gets this idea from either," Alpha Daniel explained again, raising both eyebrows.

"That's disgusting to me, isn't it Clara?" asked Sierra.

Clara nodded as she pursed her lips, "Yes, and it's heinous abuse, it must stop immediately," she continued.

They watched the news with severe eyes until suddenly, Clara's moaning broke the silence.

"Aw!" Clara shouted.

Alpha Daniel panicking, immediately got up from his seat and approached Clara, "Why? Which part hurts?" he asked.

Clara accidentally looked right into the eyes of Daniel, who was also watching her while holding Clara's shoulder from the side.

They stared at each other for a while until Sierra pulled them out of it.

"Hmm... it seems my brother is not only charming but also intoxicating to the eyes," Sierra said, smiling as she pursed her lips.

Clara immediately jumped and pulled away from Alpha Daniel but they both felt uncomfortable.

"My chest, it hurts a bit like being stabbed," Clara said again.

Alpha Daniel nodded and replied, "Maybe the effect of the rejection process hasn't worn off yet.

Clara held her chest as she took a breath. Daniel, seeing her immediately asked Sierra to carry her to the room Sierra had prepared.

"You better get some rest, Clara. If you need any help, call me or Daniel!" Sierra said as she closed the door to Clara's room.

She smiled and nodded, "Thank you, Sierra!"

After Sierra left, Clara approached the mirror in front of the dressing table instead of going to bed. She held her chest again. Clara looked at her neck, which was now clean, without any Alpha Robin bite marks.

"Yes, that's right. I am now the rejected Luna and the mark is no longer there, even now I feel lower than an Omega," Clara muttered.

Her mind raced, Clara's eyeballs flashed red again and the wolf Mia appeared inside her.

"Clara, I feel the same pain as you do but don't think of us as less than an Omega!" Mia said.

Clara looked at the wolf Mia and chuckled, "I haven't even had the chance to have a child from Alpha Robin, one of my dreams. Mia."

Mia replied, "Stop thinking about that asshole wolf, you'll beat him. Trust me!"

Clara continued to clutch her still-aching chest and sighed, "What man could accept a woman like me?" she asked Mia again.

"There is one, and I think he's standing right next to you," Mia said.

Clara chuckled, "Daniel? No way, Mia. He already thinks of me as his sister, don't be silly!"

Mia reluctantly responded to Clara's denial and walked away.

Clara found it hard to close her eyes because her mind was still on Alpha Robin and the Moonlight Pack. The blue crescent necklace was the only thing that allowed Clara to fall asleep peacefully.

It was all she had to remember about her parents. Clara was a baby found floating in a river near the Dark Moon Pack by Daniel's parents and Sierra. Her beautiful face is breathtaking. From an early age, her charm attracted the attention of the entire pack, including Alpha Daniel.

Then, the next day, in the Moonlight Pack. Alpha Robin and Susan had just woken up after a big fight in bed all night.

The alarm went off, and Alpha Robin immediately got out of bed to use the bathroom, then hurriedly put on his shirt and suit.

Susan yawned and asked, "Where are you going, honey? Can't we stay together a little longer?" she said in a spoiled tone.

Alpha Robin walked up to Susan and kissed her, "I have an important meeting with my business partner today, he's very disciplined about time. I only have half an hour to meet him."

"All right, but can I ask you a question?" asked Susan.

Alpha Robin, who was buttoning his shirt, nodded, and Susan stood up to straighten the man's tie.

"When are you going to formalize me as your new Luna?"

Alpha Robin immediately looked at Susan and smiled, rubbing her head gently. "Tonight, I'll make sure you get my mark. And after that, we'll have a celebration party. Do you like the sound of that?"

Susan immediately hugged the Alpha's body, which was still completely naked.

The hug slightly rekindled the Alpha's arousal, but there was no time. He had to hurry to meet a business associate coming to the pack house.

As he was about to leave his room, Alpha Robin suddenly noticed a scarf hanging near the entrance. It belonged to Clara, who must have forgotten and left it there.

"No Robin, you can't leave it there. You can't think about it anymore!" Alpha Robin muttered to herself after seeing Clara's red scarf.
