“I’m gonna go and get ready now.” I sighed as I got up from the couch.

I stretched a little, feeling a bit tired.

Me and Austin had been sitting in the same position for hours now. We watched three amazing alien movies one after the other!

“Where are you going?” My brother frowned.

“I have a date with Hunter tonight.” I informed him with a huge smile on my face.

What the hell is happening to me?!

I shook my head as I clung to Hunter’s arm while he was tightly holding my hand. Hunter looked at me with a smile, waiting for me to answer the question. He knows me too well… Well, that and I’ve been eating his ear off on the way here about how excited I am to tell Papa Joe about how Hunter and I are dating now. This is so exciting! “So, do you wanna do something?” I asked Hunter as we walked to his car. It was the end of the school day but we still didn’t have any plans for the rest of the day. “I don’t know. Austin was asking me to play some video games with him though.” Hunter shrugged. Gasp! How dare they plan to do something that doesn’t involve me?! I stopped walking, pulling my hand away from Hunter’s as I glared at him. I knew that I was acting like a child but what can anyone do when their stupid brother was trying to steal their boyfriend?! “You’re my boyfriend, Hun. Not Austin’s.” I told him with an angry pout on my fac

“Have fun, kiddos!” I grinned like an idiot as I waved wildly at them. “I’m still older than you, baby sis!” Austin called out, pretending to be annoyed but the small smile on his face gave him away. Kaylee just couldn’t stop smiling as she waved back at me before she and Tin-Tin got in the car and drove off. They were on their way to their date after so much argument. Kaylee didn’t feel like she deserved it after how she’s treated me in the past few years and Austin wanted to be a good brother after so long and not go out with my bully. Ha! But me being me, I convinced them that they did deserve this.

“Liv, you are going to the party and that is final!” Paige told me in her bossy tone. Her light brown eyes were full of seriousness. I swear, she is definitely Hitler reborn! “But I have homework!” I pouted. I didn’t really have any homework since I already completed it during my free period but she didn’t need to know that. I am a secret agent and I could never reveal my secret to her. So, I have to lie to her. It’s for national security! Lying to my only female friend was hard and soul-wrenching but it was a necessary evil. I had to do it… I just

“You look amazing, Liv! Just go! You can do it!” Paige encouraged me as we stood in a corner. The whole house was packed with people everywhere. Even in the pool at the back of the house. To be perfectly honest, this was more of a nightmare-ish hell for a claustrophobic person than a party…If I knew that high school parties were basically just loud music with drunk teens everywhere, I would have stayed at home with a big bowl of popcorn while watching some random movie.I could’ve drooled over guys who would never know that I exist!Wait… That’s kinda sad…But those guys are also too old fo

Okay this was more awkward than the time I went to my aunt’s wedding and ended up falling down with the chocolate fountain falling on top of me. I ruined a very expensive dress that day… But the worst thing was that chocolate was wasted… Poor chocolate! I cried for hours because so much chocolate was wasted… But this was more awkward as I sat next to Dan with Paige on the other side, giving me angry looks. I’m pretty sure that she would have thrown an axe at my head by now if the teacher wasn’t currently going on with the day’s lesson. And well, if she had an axe on her… After the whole fiasco at the party, I had run for the hills, pulling Dan with me so that he didn’t get the chance to tell people that I was lying… I managed to explain everything to Dan during the ride home and he promised to keep his mouth shut. But he did ask me to explain everything to Paige and to clear the mess up as soon as I could. He was afraid of Ryan kicking him out of the team somehow bu

“I missed this.” I sighed as I snuggled next to Hunter. He kissed the top of my head. He’s super comfy! This reminds me why I started calling him ‘Captain Comfy’ when I was seven. Cuddling with him made me feel safe and warm. How did I stay away from this for so long?! “Me too.” I could practically hear the smile in his voice as he rubbed my arm. After the whole scene at school, I thanked Maya and Shawn for standing up for me. They stood up for me in a way no one ever did. They are the kind of people everyone should want to be friends with… Maya just hugged me as I tried to stop my tears

I wanna ride on a unicorn… But life’s not about what you want. It’s about what the universe thinks would be funny… Stupid universe! “I have something to tell you.” I told her. I glanced at her friends who were looking at me. “If you have a minute, can we talk? Privately?” I asked. I’m being super kind and considerate here! Don’t blow it off!

He’s not planning to hang out with me? I bet it’s all Austin’s doing! He must have told Hunter to play some stupid video games with him! That stupid brocooli lover! Note: Kaylee is the broccoli. But Hunter will hang out with me! “That’s boring.” I rolled my eyes. “Anyways, can we go to Papa Joe’s tonight for our date?” I asked him, almost jumping in excitement. Thi
