Chapter 1

"CHECK out this new book in the school library, title OUR PRIDE, we'll be using it in our next class". Mr John the American lecturer said to the students who were listening.

"Yes sir". They responded just then a group of boys dressed in a rough outfit walked into the class.

They're the dangerous gang about five in number with Romeo as the leader making them six. The lecturer dares not utter a word as they walked in.

"Get up". Romeo commanded a student and he obeyed. He won't dare protest.

They five other boys sat immediately Romeo sat, though on separate seats.

"So as I said before, we'll be using this book titled OUR PRIDE in out next class, so y'all should grab a copy in the school library". The lecturer continued.

" Why the school library, can't we use the one you're holding and not stress us". Romeo said.

" It's not stress Romeo, it's compulsory every student have it so no one will be left... "

" That's pure shit John". He paused, no one is surprised cause they're all use to it,he refers to everyone by their names.

"And who cares if it's compulsory?

whatever I knew attending this class was a bad idea". He stood up and walked out as the five other's followed suit.

" Old punk". He said finally leaving the class as the students in class murmured.

"Come on guys, you don't have to follow me around like puppets, y'all can just leave". He said to his friends immediately he stepped out of the class.

" Are you okay with that Romeo?". Bleck asked,he's the closest friend to Romeo in the gang.

"Sure Bleck I'm okay with it".

"Come on guys let's get going". Bleck walked away his friends.

" Dad are you for real?". Juliet asked her dad.

"Yes princess, you know it's not my fault,I'm doing this for you my jewel please listen to me". Mr Lamar Williams said trying to persuade his daughter as he's wife sat quietly watching the drama between father and daughter.

Juliet being Mr Lamar's only child,he can't tread her for anything in the world.

"But dad, why are we leaving?". She sobbed.

"Actually dear". He paused and scratched his head."it's just for a change in environment".

"Mom, did you hear that?". She asked her mom.

" Off cause I did, you really have to listen to your dad darling,he's right". She shrugged.

" How right mom, do you realize I'm still a student and I can't just leave like that". She yelled.

" Come here darling". She walked to her mom, and Mrs Lamar hugged her." Everything has been sort out you don't have to worry". Mrs Lamar made her seat beside her.

" How about my friends Mom?".

" Don't worry about them darling,You can till reach out to them through video calls". Her Mom said and she sobbed more.

" When are we leaving dad?". She asked suddenly.

"Tomorrow princess, you can just hang out with your friends today then we leave tomorrow". He smiled.

" So soon?".

" Yes princess, so soon".

She ran upstairs and buried her face in the pillow, sobbing.

Sasha white, the queen of Mish College and Romeo's fling, respected because of Romeo's influence. She's hot with tinted pink and purple hair, she dresses like a stripper or maybe a slut.

She moves around with her friends,Gina and Kelly.

"...f**k! You dare step on me?". She yelled at the student who mistakenly stepped on her.

" Oops, I'm so sorry Sasha". The student said knelling already in tears.

"And who said I understand what sorry means bitch?". She yelled slapping the student.

" I'm sorry please it won't happen again".

"Don't even go there, to bad you'll be my victim for today..."

" No she won't". Someone interrupted.

" Babe". Sasha called in surprise. What's he doing here? She thought.

"Get lost". Romeo snapped and the student stood up running with all her strength.

"You don't have to bully students". He gave her a peck.

"But you do that every time Romeo". She replied.

" Off cause, I do whatever I want".

" I can as well...."

" No you can't". He interrupted.

" But..."

" Sh sh......". He placed he's fingers on her lips. "You look hot anyway". He said and she blushed.

She is wearing a wide neck blouse which leaves half of her breast exposed and a blue jean short bum, you might mistake her for a stripper. Romeo squeeze her batt and kissed her.

Student gasped but didn't say anything, because this has always been the way it is.

"We're here princess". Mr Lamar said as wasn't interested in the,she was busy chatting with her friends.

They landed in Singapore and Mr Lamar's guards we're already waiting for them in the car, they got in and in no time they arrived their mansion.

"Why do we have Many guards here?". Juliet asked stepping out of the car.

" For safety princess,we need them". Mr Lamar said and she rolled her eyes.

She smiled as she looked at the mansion in front of her_magnificent sight.

"You like it right?". Mr Lamar asked with a smile.

" It's much bigger than the mansion in Florida" she replied as the maids were already busy unpacking their stuff.

"Let's go in princess". Her dad held her hand as they walked in together.

Wow! She exclaimed when they got inside, coming here is not a bad idea after all.

"I knew you would love it". Mrs Lamar said with a smile.

" Sure hunnie, she does". Her dad replied.

The telephone beep as Mr Lamar lifted the receiver.

"Boss the package has arrived".

"OK Liam I'll be there shortly". He hang up immediately dropping the receiver.

He put on his cloth and carried his case, exiting the room, heading downstairs.

"I'll be back hunnie". He pecked his wife.

" But we just arrived, we should at least hangout a little". His wife frowned folding her hands.

" This is strictly business and I've got no choice hunnie, we'll hang out some other time". With that he was gone.

She sat down frustrated

"Business again?". Juliet asked descending the stairs.

Her mom nodded as Juliet came to seat beside her.

"You don't have to be sad mum, that's the way he is".

" I Know darling". Her mum smiled sadly.
