LUCA’S POV
“You put in so much effort this week, you should join them for the hangout at Stephens”, Williams says after the end of another long day.
It has been 6 months and a few since I was brought to New York as the P.A. to the great Mr. Smith, as he predicted there were a lot of objections from people that wanted to have the position and even more from his Board, but of course it all went away after a month.
I still didn’t know how he managed to get them to shut up but whatever he did worked. The only downside was that I had no friend here and after sometime I sent a mail to old man Jack, yes that was how lonely I was. He didn’t reply though, maybe he lost the account or something but it was nice having someone for that while.
