82] Prison Break.

Sedar was startled awake when he was struck in the face; he awoke to the faint sound of his wife screaming in her sleep as she continued to toss and turn in his arms.

He pried them to their sides, drawing her flush against his front as he spooned her and spoke in a firm tone to rouse her from her night terror.

"Askim, return to me with your mind clear and your heart unscathed." He kept repeating till she began to stir, hiccupping as she fought to recover her breath from the tears she had wept.

"Sedar? I'm afraid of dying," she cried. Her body convulsed uncontrollably.

"I will put my life on the line before allowing anything to happen to you, and if I die, you can bet your precious esek that I will be resurrected just to take the bastards to hell with me." He muttered, leaving no room for her to question him.
