MONDAY MORNING

Alkira's red heels made clicking sounds on the floor as she made her way to her office. She swayed her hips from side to side and occasionally flipped her hair aside. Other employees who saw her, greeted her, to show respect, as she was next after Hailey and Victor. She replied to their greetings with a proud smile on her face. Finally getting to her office, she pushed the door open and entered. She stumbled and nearly fell to the ground, but grabbed the door handle for support.

Standing inside her office was Victor directing some employees on how to pack up things in her office.

"What's going on here?" She managed to ask amidst the shock.

"Meet me in my office, Miss Logan," Victor said and walked away.

Alkira went after him immediately praying that this shouldn't be what she was thinking.
