Chapter 320 Like Two Different People

Tamara stopped in her tracks. She lowered her gaze to the grass. A black box had fallen near her feet. She curiously lifted her skirt and bent down. Anthony walked over and drew Tamara aside by her arm.

“Allow me to check what’s inside,” said Anthony.

Tamara’s clear eyes shone with worry. “Be careful.”

It seemed strange that a box would suddenly appear out of nowhere.

She couldn’t help but think back to the murderous gaze she had felt earlier.

What exactly was inside the box?

Anthony nodded before cautiously approaching. He gave it a kick. The box jolted, indicating that it contained nothing heavy.

Tamara sighed in relief. If there were a bomb inside, the box wouldn’t have moved from the kick.

Anthony let his guard down and bent down to pick the box up.

The box was the size of both his palm.

Anthony found the opening to the box and pulled it open. Something dropped out.

When Tamara saw the thing, she gagged and rushed to the bathroom.

It was a dead rat!

The rat was covered
