Camilla was startled. But when she saw who the person was, she breathe a sigh of relief. "What are you doing?"

Simon ran his hand through his hair and observed her calm face. "Aren't you afraid at all?"

"I am." Camilla nodded, "But you're not a ferocious beast. Why should I be afraid of you?"

Simon chuckled at her response and came to stand beside her, walking in the direction of her home. "Am I not a ferocious beast to you?"

"Not to that extent," Camilla replied.

"Then, why are you avoiding me?" Simon tried to read the emotions on her face, but he failed. Her face remained as calm as ever, even in front of him.

Disappointment flashed through Simon's heart, but he swiftly pushed it aside.

Camilla glanced at him and said calmly, "Because there is nothing between us. There's no reason for us to be this close."

Simon pouted. "Ouch! That hurts!."
