Chapter 075 Alignment

Rosy was visibly shaken by the news. She gasped loudly and clenched her dress as her hands slipped away from the edge of the table she held for support.

She kept gasping for breath as she slipped to the floor.

I was in a state of shock, too; my entire body was numb and stiff. I couldn’t move from where I sat, all I could do was helplessly watch Rosy suffer and let the words of the reporter drift into my ear.

“Mr. Martino Silas was murdered in the early hours of the day in a public restroom…”

“Darn it!” I screamed out and jerked up from the seat that I was confined to by shock.

My hand gripped the bottle of wine and sent it flying to the television.

It crashed into it, and the screen shattered, causing the irritating words of the reporter to stop flowing.

Rosy calmed down after that and bit her lips to stop more tears from spewing out.

It seemed the continuous flow of those words affected her too.
