Ace's POV

Everyone cheered and sat down on the logs.

Chloe sat on my left, while Mel sat with Tristan on my right.

"Do you have any idea on what the games are?" Mel asks me.

"Boring," I say and she scowled.

"Everyone likes a good suck and blow, right?" James says and people cheer once again.

Mel literally drank half of her cup.

"Let's start with.." He trails off.

"You, the new girl!" He says and points to Melannie.

And let me tell you, the girl was thrilled.

I look over at Tristan and he also looks at me.

"What did you give her?" I mouth.

"That's all her, man,"

She puts down her drink on the little space between us and I quickly bring it to my nose and sniffed it.

Gin.

She puts the thin piece of paper to her mouth and turns to Tristan.

Don't you dare drop that paper. Don't you dare drop that paper. Don't you dare drop that paper.

Next thing I know, every single person was cheering, the piece of paper was on the ground and Tristan is sliding his tongue down Melannie's throat.

Why the hell am I seeing red?

Once they finish their little slop scene, I intentionally accidentally knock over Mel's drink.

Oops.

"Shit, sorry Mel, I'll get you a new one," I say and stood up.

"It's cranberry juice," She says before I quickly walked to the food and drinks table not giving Chloe the 50 percent chance of her kissing me.

I reached the table and I pour the cranberry juice.

I cannot possibly like Melannie.

Then why did you want to punch the shit out of Tristan?

I can't possibly like her, you're supposed to be into college chicks, remember?

Melannie's a soon-to-be college chick.

"You're spilling my drink all over your shirt, Ace,"

I look down.

Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit!

"Give me that," Mel laughs while grabbing the cup from me and puts it down on the table.

She reaches into her back pocket and pulls out a handkerchief.

"Here," She says, handing me the small fabric.

"It's fine,"

"What are you gonna do? Take your shirt off?"

That's exactly what I'm gonna do.

"Ace! What the hell?" She exclaims and I laugh.

I get the handkerchief from her and wiped my arms with it.

"This is mine now, ok?" I tell her and put it in my back pocket and she frowns.

"Fine, I'll give it back-" I sigh, about to get it from my pocket.

"No, you can keep it."

"Then what are you frowning about?" I ask her.

She looks down at her cup.

"No room for gin."

"Alcohols are not allowed, remember?" I say, acting innocent.

"Oh, yeah?" She grins and took a step toward me.

"M-hmm," I nod, she takes another step, I didn't move.

Her hand goes inside my side pocket-

Shit. Sensitive spot right there.

"W-what are you doing?" I never stutter.

Next thing I know, she pulls out the little gin bottle from my pocket.

"No alcohol, huh?" She sneers.

"This is mine now, ok?" She says, mimicking what I said about her handkerchief.

She gulps down her drink and poured a bit of the alcohol in it.

I also got a drink for myself (because I obviously need it to tame tiger down here) and walked back to the games.

It got exciting because of a fucking boner.

Once we returned, the games were over and Tristan and Chloe were waiting for us.

"Say, do you guys wanna play Truth or Dare?" Chloe asks, hooking her arm around mine.

"Yeah, I'm down." Melannie smiles and Tristan nods.

"We have a large tent, let's go there," Mel says and started walking, the rest of us followed.

Once we got there, Chloe opens the tent door.

There were gasps.

Melannie scowling.

And Tristan saying, "Oh no."

Ollie and Zeke were lying on top of the other and were making out.

The two of them quickly made themselves look decent.

Mel was standing beside me with a scowl.

"Oh no," Tristan says.

"I thought you didn't want to give blowjobs inside a tent?" Chloe jokes.

"We were making out, not giving blowjobs," Ollie says and Chloe laughs.

"What's wrong?" I ask Melannie.

She breathed in and out as if she was trying to calm herself.

"Ollie, Ollie's friend, would you mind stepping out for a moment?" She says with a smile, the I'm pissed so do what I tell you, kind of smile.

They both stepped out with confused looks on their faces.

Melannie goes inside and then starts to fix the blankets and pillows. Muttering some words under her breath.

Once done with the pillows and blankets, she told all of us to come in and we all did without another word.

"Alright, let's play, who goes first?" She asks us.

"Ace," Tristan starts to say and I turn to him.

"Truth or Dare?" He asks me.

"Truth," I say.

"Wuss," Mel says, I give her a scowl and she giggles.

"'Sup with the boner?" Tristan asks and all of them burst into laughter.

"Very funny,"

"Yeah, what's up with that?" Chloe asks.

"I just happened to bump into one of the tent's edge," I tell them, trying my best to sound calm and believable.

I am not telling them that Melannie accidentally touched it through my pocket without her knowing.

"My turn to ask," I say.

"Chloe, truth, or dare?"

"Dare," She smiles.

I dare you to stop following me around.

"I dare you to-"

"To drink this whole lil', cute bottle of gin!" Melannie says with enthusiasm, cutting me off.

"I was supposed to give her the dare," I tell her.

"Too bad, dare's given," She grins.

She gives the bottle of gin-my bottle of gin to Chloe and she drinks it in sips.

"Oh, come on, just gulp it down!" Mel says.

"I have a low tolerance for alcohol!" Chloe frowns.

"Gimme that," Mel snatches the bottle from her and empties the bottle in three gulps.

She's already acting like a college chick, damn it.

"Truth or Dare, Mel?" Chloe asks her.

"Dare," She grins then looks at me.

She's completely intoxicated.

"I dare you to strip off a piece of your clothing every time someone asks you and you ask a question,"

"What?'' Mel asks.

"You don't get it?" Chloe asks.

Melannie just laughed it off and took off the beanie and scarf.

Good girl.

We continue passing around the questions.

Tristan picked truth and had to tell us when was the last time he masturbated.

Ollie also picked truth, he told us that he would be willing to give blowjobs inside the tent because Zeke was able to change his mind.

Zeke picked dare and he was forced to stuff his face with snacks and act like a monkey until he swallows all of it.

During these times, Mel had asked a thing or two and took off her boots and her right sock.

You don't like Melannie, but why are you waiting for her to strip off that sweater?

Here's the thing when you do something illegal, you either get caught or you don't. Tristan was the latter, Ace and I got away with it. Do I feel bad? Yes. Did he deserve it? Most definitely. Did I regret the entire plot? Yes. Because now, I can't stop thinking about Ace Martins. It's ridiculous, and I'm certain that I'm just going to fuck up his life. Despite my best efforts to drive him away–both mentally and physically–I've failed in doing so. In a span of months, I haven't gone out much. Mainly because the only person I've just wanted to see is living right across the street. I talk to Chloe and Ollie every now and then, nothing is wrong with them, but I found myself wanting to talk to Ace more. I hate it, but then the things we do say otherwise. Everything went by fast and if I'm being completely honest, I don't think I remember all of it.
