After a night of passion, Scarlett fell into a deep sleep where she had the odd dream which she knew was not a dream. The other Scarlett was feeding the other Gabriel. What stood out to her most was that he apologized for making her turn him into a vampire.

How can that be? Surely her Gabriel will have remembered such an event, or was that just the consequence of their fabrications? ‘There were some differences between them and us?’ she thought to herself as she stirred in the bed with her eyes still closed, she reached over to find the place next to her was empty. Usually, Gabriel would wait for her to wake up.

She knew exactly where he was, she could smell him making magic in his natural habitat.
