Chapter 2

Luciana's Pov.

Hearing Sinclair's voice,I sluggishly walked to the door with calculating steps, wondering what had brought him here,when he was with his sweetheart a few minutes ago.

I held the doorknob and opened it carefully.I saw him holding a rose flower with a sweet smile on his face.I realized he's trying to play a game im yet to understand,I returned the smile, stepped out of the way for him to step in. I shut the door, making sure to lock it from behind. Sinclair sat on the bed, still clutching the rose flower.

“Happy birthday Ciana,thanks for being you!”. Why does his voice sends shiver down my spine,why do I feel like I'm melting away when he says a word to me,why am I so in love with him and couldn't think of anyone else…..I want this man in my life,I want to bear his pups,even if I couldn't be his Luna…..I want him by my side all my life, without him having anyone else.

“Thank you Sinclair”. I swallowed hard as I collected the rose flower.I have no urge to perceive it so I quietly placed it on the desk,just beside my little cake.

“What brought the future alpha to an Omega's room?”.

“The future alpha?”. He asks, arching a brow.

“Yes Sinclair”. I replied with a smirk on my face. I'm fighting so hard not to let his words get to me,I don't want to feel important by his words when I'm not….

“To you Luciana,I will always be Sinclair,but to others I'm the future alpha of the dark crescent pack!”. He replied, standing on his feet. I made sure to stand two inches aware from him, someone I would have hugged and sobbed in his arms,not again…….

“I'm sorry….I was curious to know what had brought you here,i realized you came with roses to wish me a happy birthday”. I replied, fighting back the stupid tears that dared to fall from my cheeks,I wouldn't let him know how weak and stupid I am,he must have noticed it because my eyes were clouded with tears and reddish.

“I love my omega and wishing her a blissful birthday isn't bad huh?”. He asks, smirking evilly as he approaches me with calculating steps.His words stung badly,I exhaled deeply, smiling at him.

“Thank you Sinclair”. I replied with a shaky voice, walk toward the door to have the door opened for him,but his voice made me stop in my track,with my back turned on him.

“Luciana”.

“Yes, Sinclair”. I replied,not looking at his face.

“I want you…..to satisfy me tonight. I have had enough patience waiting for you to turn twenty!....I guessed I have tried huh?. I want you tonight!”. His words traveled through my ears like a needle scraping its surface. I looked at him sharply, him looking at me intensely.

“Sinclair please……I want to be alone. You already have a Luna….it would be nice if you're with her tonight”. I replied nonchalantly,not caring to the repercussions, because it's actually the first time I'm replying to her rudely.

“Luciana!!!”. He roared,his eyes glimmering red. I didn't flinch,I stood still waiting for his worse,who knows he might end up piercing a dagger through my chest.

“You're not fit to be my Luna, you're just my omega and your duty is to satisfy me and warm my bed. I have been close to you for years doesn't mean you should forget your status and talk to me as you want,with a flick of my finger your head can go rolling on the floor!”. He gritted his teeth with his hands balled into a fist.

I laughed lightly at words as I drifted back, relaxing my back on the door,I can't believe someone I have been with all my life,played together, laughed together is telling me I'm a his bed warmer,I was stupid enough to think he's mine but wasn't stupid to sex with him.

“Sinclair….. pleasee…..”.

“You're just low life omega”. He began, cutting me in-between .“Who would in his right senses choose a lowlife omega as his mate,a weak one at that who would only bring disgrace to the pack!!”. He caressed my face roughly, wiping my tears.

“You aren't my type Luciana. If I hadn't picked you up in that bloody pack,you must have been eaten by the rogues by now….. therefore you're forever indebted to me….your life,your body….is owned by me”. He whispered, making me shudder internally. He's just twenty four,he only called his dad's attention to take me to their pack when they saw me in a pack they claimed doesn't have a name,I was told I was the one survivor….. Everyone else was dead.

“I would pay you back for saving me…..but not with my body Sinclair….. We…….”.

“Luciana!!”. He pulled me close to his lips and kissed me passionately,I clamped my mouth shut,not allowing his tongue to touch mine,he suckled my lips as if his life depended on it,I gathered all the little energy I had in me to pull free. He shot me a deadly glare, licking his lips lustfully.

“Luciana, I said you're mine!!!”. Irritation simmered through me as I touched my lips with my thumb, wishing I could wash it off! .I slumped to the floor, unable to control my tears,tears of my broken and shattered heart. I looked at him with my blurry eyes,it was blazing with hatred and anger,this wasn't how I wanted my first kiss to be….it was a nightmare.

He held me aggressively and made me stand on my feet,he gave me a downgrading look before he attempted to kiss me again,but I was fast enough to avert my face from him,it landed on my cheeks.

“Luciana!!. Stop tempting me and succumb to me now!!”. He roared angrily, using his alpha tone. My legs were shaking vigorously,I was at the Verge of giving in,but I have to fight harder,I won't let him overtake me,my chest is burning and bleeding in betrayal,I won't let that weigh me down.

“Sinclair…please….let….me go…..”. I replied, breathing heavily,his grip on my hands was too tight and painful,I'm certain it must have caused me bruises.

He looks like a wounded lion ready to devour anyone that comes his way.

“DONT LET ME REPEAT MYSELF LUCIANA”. He warned coldly,a voice filled with dread eoched my mind,as he glared venomously at me. My mouth opened in awe when he tore my gown into shreds, revealing my full round firm breast.I realized there was no way out of this. I have no wolf, he's hundred times more powerful than I. I pulled free from his painful grip and covered my breasts with my palms. He was about grabbing my hands away from my breasts,when the door swung open.

“It's time Sinclair”.
