8.Twisted Truth (Part 2)

Xavier Pov:

A flow of tears are slipping my eyes making me so weak and also made me to think how dreadful I behaved with her on those days of our marriage, when I saw her eyes filled with love,concern,warmth always are replaced with full of hate,hurt,pain. I can surely say no woman can forgive me for what I did to her, but I feel if I see her again I will beg for her forgiveness, according to everyone she dead two years ago but my heart pronounce only three words all the time and they are SHE IS ALIVE, they became true when Anna came in front of me in Merger Party as Jasmine keeping aside the circumstances and situations because they differ when compared, but my heart clearly thump loudly when she is near me and the effect never changed and will never change,it is same situation which is similar when I saw Jasmine and that is the reason why I am very determined that she is my Anna, because though she is far different from Anna but she is so much similar to me.

"Sir,we have a meeting regarding deal of france with Mr.Leo and it is arranged in cibo fragranza in 30 mins according to your schedule sir, we have to start now to reach there in time sir",Aaron mentioned my meeting with france billionaire who owns a hand full of hotels and restaurants all over the france, It's a billion dollar contract which will produce a new sensation in this business world, as a chain of hotels are build across the world in all the continents with unique theme. Mr.Leo,me and well another partner is added to this contract to complete,knowing Mr.Leo capabilities, I just accepted this deal without knowing the other partner name and background,because he is trustworthy according to my father.

"Aaron,collect the files which are needed for this deal and meet me down in five", I said to him and started walking towards the lift.

As we are travelling towards the restaurant, I make sure to check whether all documents are present.

I got down from my Lamborghini and walked towards the restaurant,as I am walking towards it I saw a girl talking in phone and she tripped in a blink of an eye, I just caught her in time before falling and saw her flawless face, she is my Angel holding lapels of my suit like her life is depended on me from falling,her forehead lines are clearly visible due to fear,her heart is beating rapidly, if I have chance to make a wish, I will definetly ask to stop time so that I can have her in my arms forever and ever and will try to kiss her to death.

She slowly opened her eyes when she got to know that she doesn't fall and I got greeted with mesmerized green eyes with emotions,when she saw me they are wide in a second and turned into dull and emotionless eyes which made my heart broken.

"Can you leave me Mr.Thompson??", she said with emotionless tone and I made her stand on her legs and observed her keenly, she is in same dress that she wear in interview, Angel.....My Angel I thought seeing her.

"Thank you for saving me Mr.Thompson",she said and walked into the diner without listening my reply,I think she wanted to avoid me after all happenings in our daily life at present and I just stood there seeing her retracing figure.

I walked into restaurant in the direction where my client sat with Aaron and fully turned to my business mode which is acceptable to crack the deal by impressing them with my ideas,after completing the meeting with them and signed the contract in my terms when we are leaving I saw Anna with Xander and other lady may be her friend walking outside before us, I waited for them to go so by saying to my client that I have business to attend and made sure Aaron escort them so that when they leave they will have a satisfactory smile on there face and I stood there watching her from distance and maintain sure that I can listen there conversation, despite the fact that eavesdropping is wrong for my position.

When they are talking and laughing with eachother I just observed her face, although she is laughing it never reached her eyes, as if it is fake,I saw her smile in the party,interview,now but it never seem real, I dont know how xander missed that, through out their period of friendship.

I saw a teenage girl approaching them with a box of homemade cookies in her hand, she is definetly around age of 15 and made a way towards them particularly to Jasmine,now I can say whether she is Anna or not, Jasmine is totally different from Anna by appearance but if she is Anna she will greet that girl with smile on her face, make sure that she have food and will take all cookies and gives every penny in her wallet to that girl.

But I was beyond shocked listening her words and facial expressions.

She is emotionless and just pushed the girl beside and shouted on her.

"How dare you to touch me you idiot,do you know the cost of this dress,you can not even offer this through your life even though you work hard 24/7,I hate guys like you,look her xander can you see how she is looking", she said with pure venom and by looks she is disgusted to wear that dress now.

Oh my god!!! What I did, I just compared this peice of shit with my Anna, she can never be comparable with her, shit!!! I just kissed her on her lips and thought she is my Angel, I am sorry my Angel to break my promise to never cheat on you, I just made my mind seeing her that you never dead and doing this all for reason,but I am wrong the great Xavier Thompson who never takes wrong decision just made biggest mistake in his life once again.

I just walked towards my Lamborghini where Aaron is present and said him to take to my mansion and recalled everything happened between me and jasmine, making me more guilt because I betrayed my angel again which made a lone tear escaped form my eyes.

Xander Pov:

After watching drama created infront of restaurant, I stood there shocked seeing all the happenings, my mind is talking with me asking numerous questions

Is it real??

Is she really Jasmine I know??

Did she just pushed that poor girl??

Seeing her facial expressions, and Jen shocked face I pinched my hand to check whether it is real or not and got confirmed by the pain caused while rubbing it continuously to ease the pain.

I just made a way out of my thoughts and grabbed Jass hands and walked towards my car and Jen walked beside her,Jass just sat there silently as if she is involved in deep conversation with her heart and mind, car filled with a type silence which I never experienced in my life of 28 years.

"Little bird, are you ok?",I asked her but she sat there silently without responding like just fighting with her inner turmoil.

"Little bird??",I called while taking a glance for a while and driving to her office.

"Xavier, is watching us standing behind us,there is no perfect way I can get succeed with the second part of my plan than this ",is that all she said through out our journey towards her office and when we reached she started walking towards her room as if she is running from someone.I just saw Jen is on verge of tears and started going towards her to console when I caught her wrist shaking my head in opposing way.

She just made her way towards her room and I followed her because I just want to give jasmine some time to recover from her blow.

"Why Xan??, She is not my Jass I know her, she is the one who took me to her when I was in bad state, she is the one who became my family when no one is with me, she is the one who made me Jennifer and made me to meet my father whom I want to meet from my childhood to clear all my questions, but all I now see is not my Jass she is someone I dont know,It is third time I faced this silence and no emotions from her, I can't see her like this, her vengeance ia eating the most wonderful person in her Xan",she said and tears started flowing from her eyes which made my heart twist in pain seeing her eyes and she said third time but according to me it's second she said third is there anything I need to find out?.....

No,they shared everything with me so may be it is just a mistake.

"Jen be cool she will be ok, we know she is not the same person Jen she need time to get herself together and we also know she doesn't like to have any one with her at this time so I just said you to not follow her,I am sorry for that but we know after that day she never been herself,so please be strong for her ",I said touching her cheeks to wipe the tears flowing from her eyes and placed my hand on her waist to bring her close then she placed her head on my chest and cried more,I started rubbing her back drawing circles to calm her,I dont know why but I always feel something towards Jen from the first time, her innocence attracts me towards her more and more.

I just glanced my watch to see it already nearly half past 4 nearly 30 mins we leaved her to pick her broken pieces, so I just took hand of Jen and started walking to Jasmine room.

When I opened the door,I just saw her sitting on her chair, rotating around and watching outside the windows as if it is the bet sight she had ever seen.

"Little bird??",I called her.

"Xan,do me a favour,can you find the girl I pushed and bring her to meet me please",she asked me with same emotionless look on her face,I just sighed and nodded saying I will tell to get her in 30 mins,I called her marketing head to manage paparazzi so that they do not make this big issue and made a call to my private investigator to get the girl who she pushed and I said I want her to be in this building in 30 mins sharp.

"Little bird",I called her opening the door and all saw was jasmine sat on floor vulnerable still maintaining emotionless face and Jen crying silently and placed her hands on shoulders Jass shoulders as if it consoles her and I watched them sitting there god knows how much time we sat like that.

----------------30 Mins Later-------------------

"Sir we are here,we brought the girl you want",my body guard said while opening the door revealing the girl whom Jass pushed.

When I saw her and turned my head to face Jass,she only watched the girl walking inside and the fear held in her eyes when she saw her which made Jasmine broke more but she masked it as quickly as it appeared and just gestured other to leave.

"Come here", Jass motioned the girl to come towards her,when she said that,the little girl eyes held only fear in it but still maintained to walk towards her.

"What is your name??",Jass asked in return she just replied "Emerald".

"I am sorry for what I did honey, do you have family??",she asked and Emerald replied nodding her head in negative,which made Jasmine's lips twitch for a second.

"Do you mind If I adopt you I will be your big sister and will make sure to give every necessity you need,I will make sure you read and go to college, did you complete you school??"Jass asked as if she is talking to her small sister.

"Yes, I completed my schooling doing different jobs and now selling cookies and doing part time jobs to pay my college fees,even though I have scholarship but still I need to pay some money for other resources",emerald replied after some time.

Suddenly jasmine hugged her tightly to her,where emerald stiffen a bit and then relaxed when jasmine said "you can hug me you know,you are more important to me than this stupid dress I wear, call me jasmine kk and from now onwards you no need to work, you have your big sister with you who can do anything for you and also gives everything,just make sure you read and become successful",then emerald hugged her and called her jasmine and said thankyou with a smile playing on her lips as if she got her family that she can say she have one.

"Little bird, I am proud of you, really you amaze me everytime, I love you my little bird", I said and started walking towards her and kissed her on her forehead,now I am really proud of my little sister,but I will never say or show how much I am proud of her and will always keep this little secret in my heart,because I know Jasmine.

"Do you know Xan,

You are not my brother by blood,

but I love you more than my brother

He will be definetly like you if he is alive

I MISS MIKE.......XANDER.... I miss him so much", she said when I am kissing her forehead which made my heart beat fast and a lone tear escaped from her green eyes after a long duration which is nearly a year behind,she really miss mike a lot, I saw jen is smiling seeing jasmine and wiping her tears.

A ring of my phone started making disturbance in this silent environment, when I saw it, it's from my dad Christian Conwell ,I excused myself to lift the call.

"Hello son, I just want you to fix appointment with Jasmine Warner and I also want you to accompany me there,I am on my way and I will be there in 15 mins, I don't know what will you do,just make it possible",he said in one breathe which made me nervous.

"Hello to you too dad,kk I will fix the appointment if it is professional but if it is not,then you can come here directly,because I am here and Jasmine warner is my friend,remember I said to you I have a friend more like sister and she is Jasmine,so no need to have any appointment dad",I said to my dad and he sighed saying I am on my way and cut the call, what happened to him suddenly I thought and went to the room where Jass is there.

"Little bird,my father want to meet you now and he is on his way to meet you and he is very tensed,I dont know what it is but it's seems to be very important, and I said to come directly and he no need to have appointment and I think you dont mind it", I said to her who is busy staring Emerald with some shine in her eyes which I saw it after years in her eyes,but still I know she listened me because she is Jasmine Warner .

"It's kk Xander,he is your father,then it is obvious that he is also my father because I treat you as my brother, so I think a father never need any appointment to meet his daughter", she said which made me smile with her answer,I know she is not my own sister,but I kind of feel different with her as if she is my own and we started talking with emerald and learn many things about her.

"Mam,Mr.Christian Conwell,is right here,he doesn't have any appointment", receptionist called her and we all listened as she put it in speaker.

"It's kk, send him in",Jass said before receptionist complete her sentence and ended the call.

As soon as she ended after a minute my dad opened the door and just kept his eyes fixed on Jasmine.

"Princess!??",dad said and his eyes were weld up with tears and are about to fall where as me and Jen are grounded at our places with our mouths open and I turned my head to see the look on Jasmine face.

Her face is filled with full of emotions and she looked paled as if she saw ghost but her next word made my life upside and down.

"Dad!!!",Jass said and chocked while saying and tears are threatening to fall from her eyes after years making me more shock.

"What!!!!!?",jen and I shouted unison with our mouths touching ground and with shock on our faces remained same as before .

"Anna, my princess",dad walked towards jasmine and embraced her in his arms tightly as if he leave her, she will disappear into the air,wait what?? he said Anna,he know she is Anna, How??

"Yes dad,your princess,your Anna, dad you are alive,where is mike?? Is he alive??",she said making me more shock.

Dad lifted his eyes seeing me and Anna and fixed his eyes on me and Anna followed his gaze and saw me and she started running towards me.

"MIKE",she said and embraced me in hug and hugged me tightly and cried on my shoulder and I stood there watching and analyzing all the happenings in my life,this is definetly the dark day of my life making the secrets revealed making me shock,so I am the one who Jasmine cry for years to have beside her,I am her brother but why dont I recall anything,everything I know is my mother and sister are died in accident where as me and my father are alive,so she is my sister who is not dead but grieving for us before unknown perons in graveyard on every year of our so called death anniversary, oh my god she is the one I always thought,if I have my sister alive she will be definetly like Jasmine but god just twisted the truth and made me to meet Jasmine as friend and now as my real sister after these all years.

"Anna",I said and hugged her tightly and thought to recall every moment of my childhood with her,but I never got a single moment of ours in my thick head where as jasmine just treasured our memories and never forget them,now I got to know who she is now I will make hell to join with heaven to get that memories back.

"I love you Mike and missed you a lot",she said and cried on my shoulder and I know the pain she gone through all these years and I am happy I am with her though not as brother but as friend to support her,but still I missed to console her and never been with her to stop the cause of hurt to reach her.

"I love you too my little bird,no you are my little sis",I said and kissed on her forehead again and cried for loosing my sister's love for me all these years.

"But, dad we are richards right?,then why you both are called as Conwell?? Mike name is Xander??",she asked our father turning towards him.

My father looked paled but answer one of the question saying my full name and also including hers in it and they are,

"XANDER MICHAEL CONWELL

ANNA JASMINE CONWELL", he said making jasmine more shocked or should I say my Anna rather than Jasmine.

"No...I am ANNA JASMINE RICHARDS OR ANNA JASMINE WARNER",she shouted and remained in her position,there is far more mystery in history which we both siblings have to know, today is a long day to untwist the Twisted Truth I thought.
