I toss my hand to the side and feel around, tapping the bed as I slowly open my eyes, only to find it empty. I sit up, wondering where David is. Ugh, I’m so tired, I mumble to myself, resting my head in my hands. Last night was rough; David slept on my chest the whole time, making it impossible to get comfortable.
