Kathryn POV.
Dalton turned out to be a very lovely and corny gentleman. I had started feeling the comfort I needed with him. It had taken us a few out-stands for me to acknowledge that he was the guy for me. With his tender touch and soft care, he grew irresistible to me. He became my comfort and confident. What more would I ask for from a guy. I wasn’t supposed to keep any secrets from him for he knew everything about me.And easily as said, we were in love. And honestly, he was in love with me. Deeply than I was but hoped to catch up not any sooner. When he took me out on a one random but different date and on his one knee he knelt with a diamond ring in his hands asking me to marry him, I didn’t stop to think. I just knew that if I didn’t say yes there at that very moment, my whole life will stay a mess.“Kathryn Daniels. Will you marry me?” he said with a big smile on his face as I just like any excited woman being proposed too,~Kathryn.Driven deep into my shame and guilt of letting one doomed moment steal me all in. I was still under consolation for one whole week trying to avoid Dalton and his changed charms. Whenever I would see him presenting my reports, I usually kept my eyes down which wasn't very professional but walked me through it. maybe. I thought. The very next evening on my day off. it was a Saturday and I was home watching a series trying to sink in with the characters of the power story when my door bell startled me out of the couch straight opened. At one sight he stood with a paper in his face going. "snacks?" "Dalton?" snapped I. "what are you doing here? did I miss something in yesterday's report?" asked I shading away."No. I just want to talk. about last time?""I don't wanna talk about it." responded I."I know. but we have to talk about it. please. May I?" gestured he to get in."alright. but for a few minutes. ""sure. I g
Rushed into whatever was happening within the miller family, I firstly was intrigued by them. For the second time in my life, I was feeling something for another woman except Kathryn. Maybe merely affection. I couldn't tell. when I left there place that Saturday, I was very enrolled in thinking about Beth all night. Returned home joyed and laid in bed wondering what she had done to me.Again and Again, I caught myself smirking at how jolly she was. The millers made me realize how lonely my life was and how miserable it was to get if ever I chose the path I had started making for myself.I decided not to give a second thought to asking Beth out. I wanted to have something, create some emotions with someone. Very early on Sunday, my passed choices grew less heroic to me. I was feeling crappy. like I was betraying the love of my life .the thoughts were all over me and I couldn't stand myself. planned on channeling from it but Beth had me in fully. it w
~Angela. My job had became so tight for me that I hardly thought of anything else. Interviews usually popped up after every painting I had finished. In my whole life, I had no expectations of getting popularity from a different country. Me appearing on big magazine front pages. All gratitude to the Daniels family that had me in there life in the first place. For all the glories, Richard had put in more of his publicist skills to get me a bit further which I also appreciated from him except the fact that his intentions where to get me in his bed which I wasn't to do no matter how good he would get and I always made it clear to him. All in all, I had my life at the right path except with the relationship part. On most of my interviews, my hosts wouldn't help but notice the ring that I always wore and ask about it. It was very clear to them that I was a lesbian and that was something I never hid from anyone. Richard also did say that It was a good ide
~Kathryn.I wasn't to slow dance with Dalton. More so my boss. it meant to be awkward the next morning but also, I couldn't deny his polite request to have a dance with me. I was seated at the bar counter when he approached me with his hand laid out for me to take. For a few seconds, I gazed at him and his palm when suddenly he went saying. "can I have this dance?" "yeah. why not." responded I who was very nervous and about completely anxious. I put my hand in his and we both took the floor. started dancing from a distance about a few inches when he suddenly grabbed me by the waist and pulled me close to him. I gasped to the quick action but wasn't to do anything as he curtly smiled and held me tightly. we kept the dance going beat by beat as i also held onto his shoulders. He had been quite a gentleman until the floor went tense and he tried to kiss me as his hand lowered down to my tiny bottom. At start, I didn't think of his hands at all w
~Dalton~On that Tuesday night at the party, I had planned to tell Kathryn how I felt about her. The day came once in a year and it was very important to me. Everyone had already started arriving. almost the entire compass. late on before I had lost my faith in seeing Kathryn arrive, I glanced at her groomed in a very short black dress. She reached inside with James passing by me to a chair. Alex and Mathew had there own plans about some other girl they wouldn't mention so I hardly saw them at the start. And when the night grew a little older, i found myself hanging out with them. Everyone had already started drinking though i had decided to stay sober for my supposed interests. I had my eyes on Kat all night and I also couldn't help notice that Alex and Mathew too were smirking secretly about her. when the dance started, the boys rounded for a shots game where your dared to do something and if not, you get to drink a very strong cocktail.
~Kathryn~It was already two months at my job working with Dalton. He through was surprisingly a very good boss.Respected each and everyone. Never had he yet carried out any stingy stuff to undermine others and more so me.I in particular received lots of attention from him making it clear that he wanted something more than work mates.Believing that I deserved to try out a relationship with someone, if ever he confronted me with such intentions, I was to agree and try it out with him.We hadn't heard of Angela for a while. She wasn't calling the house anymore neither writing to us. Only a month earlier when she appeared on a TV interview that we last saw her.I believed that she was doing great and very fine over in France and I should think of starting a life here in the USA.On one of the days with in the two months, it was accurately a Saturday at eight thirty pm when Dalton appeared at my house door.My parent's house had turned out to b
Los Angeles: "We can't afford to miss her this time. Do you hear me?" Detective Wallace instructed his team with unwavering determination. "Yes, sir," came the unified response, echoing their commitment to the mission. A squad of soldiers stealthily approached the warehouse door, underscoring the gravity of the operation led by Detectives Diana and Wallace. Abruptly, Wallace's phone vibrated, injecting a moment of suspense into the intense atmosphere. Retrieving it from his pocket, he answered and whispered to Lieutenant Rivera, motioning for Diana to proceed with breaching the door. "I'm in the middle of an operation, Lieutenant Rivera." "The hashish has been taken from the storage, Detective," Rivera reported through the phone. "And the cocaine too," added another officer on the line. Diana's voice echoed from inside the warehouse, "There's nothing here, no one!" Wallace turned off his phone, entering the room. "She played us again," Wallace growled in frustration. "Your inf
