My heart raced as I peered open the door to Zara's room. I saw Zara drinking her coffee while talking with her friend. I also saw that the flowers I dropped near the door were now next to her on her bed. I took that as a good sign and finally made my way into the room. They seemed not to notice my presence until I closed the door, then I was met with two sets of wide eyes. I walked towards them as Zara looked away.

"Hey babe" I said with hopes that she would at least talk to me. Well, she didn't. Lotanna took the cue to excuse herself which was good because I was about to beg her to leave us alone.
