Alex actually left his black sedan in the castle parking lot for me. I don't know why he gave me his car, even though I haven't been allowed to go anywhere alone.

I walked to the parking area, approached the black car and tried to open the passenger door. But locked.

After a few seconds, a short horn sounded from the car in front of me, indicating that the car key had just been remotely opened. I looked behind me and saw Balthazar who was walking slowly towards me with Alex's car keys and remote in his hand.

I opened the passenger door of the car then took a duffel bag from it and opened it.

"Why did he give you his clothes?" asked Balthazar in a surprised voice. He was standing behind me while also looking into the bag left by Alex.

I smiled to myself as I looked at some of Alex's loose hoodies, jackets and t-shirts inside. The marks on my neck have almost completely faded, and so has Alex's scent on my body which has faded with time. Damn ... It turns out that werewolves aren't all
