"Doctor please are you sure there's nothing you can do to stop him from feeling so much pain? He said he wants to have the operation at home and we will be flying home in twenty four hours." Damon's face was squeezed with worry as he held onto Nate's hands with his gaze fixated on the doctor.

Nate's condition had become too critical these past few days. He has been feeling too much pain, he can barely eat well and to walk is now a problem. His brothers and I had begged him to have the doctor operate on him but he refused, requesting to be operated on back home.

I have been crying my eyes out seeing him in this condition. I wish there was something I could do to help him out but there's nothing. I am just helpless, we are all.
