Third Person's POVThe creatures run from building to building, ensuring all the facilities are clear before bringing the humans back to the city where they used to work and live. It is not an easy task, as the city is enormous. But there are a lot of creatures that can help to clean the city of all the evil vampires. Luckily, they are fast and can run through and scan all the buildings. They still have to take care of the three sleeping vampires. I do not know where they will put them because they need to be where no other evil vampires or creatures can find them. They do not want evil creatures to use them. Dean and Tamara are looking through buildings in the city's east end. They cannot allow even one evil vampire to stay behind. It will only take one to make many again. They know they will have to root up all the vampires. Some of the vampires and the rogues in the city are cleaning up the tunnels to ensure there are no vampires in the tunnels."Now that the water is over, can we
Tamara's POVIt is good to be home. The Pack is glad to see all of us home. Most of the other Packs left, and those with Alphas have returned to their grounds in our area. We are moving back to the Red River Pack. The Yellow Moon Pack has its Alpha back, and we need to move out of their grounds. We have to move the body of the dead original vampire. I am not happy going back to the Red River Pack. I can see that my friends are also not comfortable going back there."I thought I would never see that place again. I do not want to go back there. We should return to our Pack since you and Dean are not mates yet. Besides, we said we would only work with them until the vampire thing is solved. Now that everything is normal let's return to our Pack. We should return to Misty Mountain Pack," Mickey says. "Are you going to leave me alone? Because I will have to go with my mate," Miriam asks. "Your mate can always join us if he wants to. I also don't want to return to that place with all the
Dean's POVI cannot believe that my mate stood up for me. I cannot believe that Tamara told my parents she would not leave me because she promised she would not. I must admit that I did not believe her when she told me she would not leave me. I was always worried that she would go back to her back and leave me alone to run the Red River Pack. After listening to what she had to say to my parents when they suggested she could not be my Luna, I know she is faithful to me. I am thrilled that she is in love with me. She told the whole Pack she was. I don't believe that she does not want me to leave her. I will never leave her, not for anyone in this world. I am holding her hand as I face my parents. And I have gone too far tonight. "You will allow Martin and these misfits to escort us out of this area? I cannot believe it. You are my son. How dare you pick a woman before your parents? What kind of son are you? I cannot think you are choosing a woman with no background before you choose so
Tamara's POVDean loves and wants to protect me, but he must understand that I am also a powerful alpha wolf. I can defend myself if I need to. He must now know that I am a powerful wolf and that he does not always have to look out for me. We have been through wars together. We have seen what people can do and how to fight together. We have not seen the last of his parents because they are unhappy that I will be Dean's mate. I feel they will do anything to stop us from becoming mates. I don't know what they have against me, because there used to be my parent's friends. All I know is that I am very disappointed in them. The rest of the Pack have accepted me because I know what I have done for them. I want everybody to be happy. And I want them to accept me for who I am and who I have become. I'm not a weak orphan anymore. I am a strong alpha wolf. Why do they want their wealthy friends' daughter to become Dean's mate? Why can't I not exit me for who I am? I do not know. I only know tha
Third Person's POVThe girls drive home, but they all feel Tamara should warn Dean. They think that Dean should know about what his parents are planning. However, Tamara does not want them to tell Dean. She feels like they should move up the Luna ceremony. She knows his parents know that the ceremony will be tomorrow night because they are getting ready to kidnap and replace her with Christina White. Gazelle, however, convinces her to tell Dean. Gazelle feels they all should be prepared for what his parents are planning, and she knows that they will use some of the wealthier Packs to stand with them. She knows that it will not be ideal for Tamara and Dean to fight other Packs in this area after they fought with them in a war. Gazelle knows that some of the wealthier Packs are still snobbish, and they will believe that Tamara is not a suitable mate for Dean Smith. They feel like every omega and orphan will think that they are entitled to become a Luna. Over the years, some of the wealt
Mike's POVI have to go and see some of my rogue friends. I need to talk to them because I want them to help me eliminate Tamara. I know the rogues do not like the Red River Pack. I know they do not want them to be around, and they do not want a Luna for the Red River Pack. I will have to make a plan. I will have to get the Tamara away from the Pack and in the claws of the rogues. I know the ropes will have to have a beautiful little girl like her in their grip. I do not care what they do to her as long as she never comes near my son and the Red River Pack again. It is her fault that my son wants nothing to do with me. However, I first have to go and see the rogues. The ones that killed Tamara's parents are now dead. But I know a few others, and I will go and see them and ask them if they are willing to work with me again. Of course, they will get paid as much as last time. I hope that I will believe me and not think that I will put them in a lot of trouble by telling them to kill he
Drake's POVI watch Mike as he walks out of the bar. The stupid man thinks I am going to fight against a First Alpha. He just gave me a lot of money to do nothing because I would not fight Tamara Smith. He can call her Tamara Brown, but we all know she is the Luna of Dean Smith. We all know we cannot mess with her without getting into trouble with Dean. Am I going to betray him? Of course, I will betray him because I won't give him his money back and will not allow his wealthy friends to come after me and my friends. Basically, I have two options. I have to run from this area, which I'm not planning to do, or I can go to Dean and Tamara and tell them what Mike is planning. I look at my mates at the other end of the bar. I called him to come over. Chelsea is the first one to come over to me. I know it is because she is in love with me. Vanessa sharmains. Scott and Donovan follow. "What's up, boss?" Scott is the first one to ask."What do you think about killing Tamara Smith?" I ask."
Dean's POV After hearing what Drake had to tell me, I feel that my father has betrayed all of us our whole lives. I cannot believe that he is this wicked. How could he kill his best friend and then pretend his brother did it? I wondered how much he paid those rogues to kill Borris and Bianca. Borris was more of a father to me than he was. It was the one that protected me against Mike. I cannot think of Mike as my father anymore. I am not hurt. I am pissed off. My whole life, I have tried to impress Mike. I tried to be the son he wanted me to be. Now I find out that he has feet of clay. I never realized what a snob my father was. He thinks he's better than everybody else, and nobody can come near his son because he is supposed to be like him. I cannot believe I tried to please him my whole life, but then again, I was young and the boy without a wolf that my father beat into submission. He made me believe I was better than everybody else and that the weaker wolves should leave our Pack
