I woke the next morning to the sight of my mate’s nose gently rubbing against mine, “Good morning, my luna.” I chuckled, “Good morning, my alpha. What time is it?” He smiled, “It’s four a.m. Would you like to hit the gym for a while before our daughter wakes up?” I smiled, “I would love that.”

I got out of bed, changed into a sports bra and leggings, then we walked hand-in-hand to our home gym. As we started our stretches, I asked, “So, what made you think of working out this morning?” He smiled, “I received a visit from the Goddess last night. She told me that you will be training Lena. I thought it would be a good idea for us to practice together and get back into our former routine.”

I nodded, “I agree. I think that would be a really good idea.” He suggested, “Maybe we should think about going back to evening sparring practice too.” I consented, “I think Lena would love to practice sparring as a family. I would like to start our runs again, but I don’t want to risk Lena’s safety unt
