T L NicholsMy delay in chapters is regrettable but unavoidable. I apologize greatly for this and understand that most have probably stopped reading this story by now. I was dealing with medical issues that took some time to figure out and get on a regiment that was right for me as well as homeschooling my youngest children and learning to live in a different way. I have posted this chapter along with four more following it. I will be writing the next 5 to 10 chapters in the next week or two finishing up this story. Thank you all for your kindness and patience with me.

Dahlia's POV Continued I am unsure when I fell back to sleep but waking alone on a tattered bed was a bit depressing.
