not again!

I was utterly thirsty, my throat was patched. It was so bad it woke me from sleep. I kicked the blanket aside and went down from the bed.

I went to the elevator and pressed the ground floor.

The normal tasting water was there.

The elevator stopped and everything turned dark. I stretched my hand out searching for something to hold, I placed my palm flat on the wall and I stilled, I was not scared of the dark but my mind was flashing different scenerios of monsters flashing in my face and stabbing me in my chest.

Maybe I was scared of the dark after all.

The elevator lights came back on and the elevator started moving again, I exhaled noisily.

“That was weird." I said when I got out.

I walked to the living room and from there, got into the secondary kitchen. I opened the refrigerator and pulled one bottle of water out and drank it.
