I turned the door knob of the room Khan and Juscain was staying in. It was locked from the inside, kicking the door down would be a great idea but not the right approach. I did not want to end up being aggressive, over the years I found out that the best approach was to be calm.

I was trying my best to keep my cool and doing something as much as kicking down the hard Lantharn metal door down would trigger my aggression.

I could feel a furnace burning in my soul, it was hot and swallowing everything in it's path.

I knocked on the door, tap tap tap.... More like bang bang bang bang. I heard footsteps drawing nearer.

The door opened and Khan's red hair was all I could see since I was trying to see past his head, trying to catch a glimpse of what was in the room.

I pushed the door open and Khan groaned and muttered something.

The living area was mildly dark because all the curtains had been shut.

The blinds were also down but I could see. Juscain was not in the room.
