For next week Calley and I are snowed under with ensuring that we have out i’s dotted and our t’s crossed.

We ensure we have Manila envelopes for every applicant and we make appointments with each to visit us here at home in the pack house.

We decide what we want and are looking for in each individual and we ensure that we have a narrative to abide by in regards to what is expected of every to be part of our female warrior team.

Theo seems to be impressed, periodically checking in on us.

And he’s been super helpful with Lora, keeping her in his office as we work tirelessly.
