I hadn't realised that Theo could be so accommodating until I pushed for change and he allowed it.

He's even created the opportunity of growth with his blessing as we work from his office in the pack house.

We've passed many application to the next stage. Only refusing the few older women that would find it hard to keep up with the physicality of being a warrior or those who lied about their age as if they had thought we wouldn't check them against the database Theo keeps of all pack members.

And as we accept another one I get exuberantly excited.

It’s crazy, the sheer amount of women that have applied.

I think it’s a huge smack in Theo’s face, even if he won’t admit to it.

And I find it reassuring that my decision to apply for change came at the right time.

I have the reassurance now that I can fulfil Lilith’s request of protecting Lora at all costs.

I’ll have an army of women stood behind me and one day, when the time is right, they will stand behind Lora also.
