Woodwell Forest

The two lion shifter and Trevor all looked at Olivia. "Little Olivia this are my friends Leonel, his little sister Dion, and my best friend Trevor. Everyone this is my little sister Olivia" Bentley introduced them.

"Oli...Oliv...Olivia!? The missing Olivia Black" Leonel almost shouted in disbelief. "Yes my little sister, the missing Olivia Black" Bentley said nonchalantly. "What do you mean 'my' Bentley she is 'our' little sister?" Alfie questioned his big brother. "Why? What is wrong with saying my little sister?" Bently asked his little brother not seeing anything wrong.

"It is very nice to meet you Olivia" the quiet Dion greeted Olivia. "It is very nice to meet you too Dion" Olivia replied as she smiled at the lioness.

"Nice to meet you" Trevor said as he looked at the little girl. He didn't know why but something was wrong. He felt his chest tighten, his hand became cold, and he felt uneasy. He couldn't understand it. 

"Nice to meet you too Trevor" Olivia replied as she looked at the boy infront of her. She felt warm sensation all over and her hands became cold. 

Thomas took one of her hands and held it. She looked at her older brother. "Don't worry everything will be fine" he assured her. 

The luncheon was relatively peaceful. The children ate, talked, and laughed. After the luncheon the Alpha's went to the summit venue while their wives and children were taken to Windell Fields. A beautiful scenic area for sightseeing and picnics. The organizer prepared entertainment for them.

But a few meters away from Windell was the Woodwell Forest. When they arrived at Windell Fields the children escaped from their mothers and bodyguards.

The 5 black siblings, the Johnson siblings, and the Falcasantos brothers started their journey to the Woodwell Forest. The Woodwell Forest under the protection of the council. It had acres of lush green trees and so many animals lived here. Legend say that the first shifters got their abilities in this forest. 

It is said that in the middle of the Woodwell Forest lies the gate to the Isles. The original home of the shifter and all other the magical creatures. But the gate is protected by guardians. The guardians of the Isle are powerful shifters that have been blessed with extreme magical powers. 

Each generation only had the maximum of 45 guardians. When a guardian dies it needs to transfer all his powers to his successor. The cycle continues with each generation. 

The children entered the forest. They were amaze at the sight of the giant trees and the beautiful flowers. As they walked further inside they heard the chirping of the birds and the buzzing of insects. 

"Where are we going?" Bentley asked the Falcasantos Brothers. "We have a bet with the Ravens that we can get this rare flower" Marco the older brother showed him a picture of a purple and pink flower. 

"It is a Sleeping Rose" Olivia said as she glanced at the photo. "You know this flower little Olivia?" Bentley asked 

"Yes Big Brother it is a Sleeping Rose. It is a rare flower that is mostly use for sleeping potions. Just a snift of the Sleeping Rose's perfume even a grown elephant will fall asleep instantly" she explained but she didn't add that it can also be made into a powerful poison that put someone in eternal sleep.

"Wow your little sister is so smart Bentley" the younger Falcasantos Brother Juan commented. "Do you know where we can find this Olivia?" Alfie asked.

"Usually the Sleeping Rose can be find near water" she answered "Then we look for a stream" the Falcasantos brothers announced. They closed their eyes and listened for any signs of water. 

"Brother farther left I hear the sound of water flowing" Juan stated as he led the group towards it. Suddenly they all stood up and looked behind them. They heard sounds of heavy breathing and running.

In a few seconds they saw a man carrying a little boy in his arms and a woman running towards them. "CHILDREN RUN" the man shouted at them. Bentley and Leonel pulled the younger kids and started to run.

When they all turned to see what was chasing them and they were frightened when they saw 3 giant spiders. 

 "Brother stop" Olivia said but Alfie didn't hear her. She had no choice but to shout "BIG BROTHER STOP" 

Alfie immediately stopped running but he looked frighten as he saw the 3 giant spider approaching them.

"Olivia we just got you back we can't lose you again so come on" he stated panicking as the spiders were only a few meters away.

"Don't worry big brother" Olivia smiled letting go of Alfie's hand she walked towards the coming spiders. Bentley and the rest soon stopped as they saw Olivia and Alfie.

'Please we don't mean any harm' Olivia telepathically said to the spiders. She sent them a sense of reassurance. The 3 spiders stopped infront of Olivia.

Everyone stop breathing as they watch Olivia reaching out to the spider in the middle. She touched one of its legs. 

'We come in peace' she explained to the spiders. 'We will leave your babies alone. No harm will come to them' she added.

In the next second the 3 spiders started to walked away back to their nests. Everyone was shock at the scene in front of them. They couldn't believe that they were saved. 

"Amazing Olivia you are amazing" Alfie said in disbelief at his younger sister. Bentley was speechless as he patted his little sisters head.

Meanwhile the Falcasantos Brothers were amaze as they looked at around them. They reached a small stream and a few Sleeping Roses were blooming at the other side of the scream. They immediately crossed the stream to collect some.

The man and woman gently put the boy on the ground. The woman started to cry as she looked at the injuries of the boy. "Thank you so much for saving us" the man stated looking at Olivia.

"Who are you?" Bentley asked looking at the two adults. "My name is Markus of the Snow moon pack, this is my packmate Anna, and her nephew Dimitri" he introduced themselves.

"What happened to him?" Thomas asked seeing the wound on Dimitri's chest. "He was wounded by his father" Markus explained "We should bring him to the hospital?" Alfie asked but Markus gave him a sad smile.

The old man knew that Dmitri was on the brink of death but they couldn't bring him to the hospital or else the Alpha will be able to find them. 

Thomas suddenly had a feeling he took Julia's hand and they sat beside Dmitri. He placed her little hands on top of the wound. 

"Julia don't be scared you can do it" Thomas reassured his sister. Julia just stared at him confused at his words. 

"It isn't your imagination Julia you have healing hands" Thomas explained "But I can't do it at will" Julia argued feeling the blood oozing from the wound. 

Olivia walked towards them and put her hands on top of Julia's. "Close your eyes big sister and slowly release your powers" she instructed "Feel it and direct it to the wound"

The Black sisters joined their powers together and when they felt the wound closing, they slowly raise their hands. When they saw the wound fully healed, they smiled at each other. Before Julia and Olivia collapsed and fell to the ground. Alfie and Bentley were scared and immediately carried them. 

"Don't worry they are just sleeping, they used to much of their powers" Thomas explained looking at the panicked expression his older brothers.

"The wound is healed up Mr. Markus I think you should cross this stream and go straight left then turn right when you see a 3 blooming blue lilies. In about 10 minutes the people chasing you will arrive here" Thomas instructed the man.

Markus stared at Thomas and Dimitri, he didn't think twice and carried the boy. "Thank you so much" Anna bowed to the Black siblings as she gave them a bracelet. "Please give this to the young miss who healed my nephew's wound. This is a sign of our gratitude." She explained as she followed Markus. The children watched as the three figures dissappeared.

"I think we should cover their scents" Leonel commented as he got some water in the stream and washed out the blood on the ground. "Give me your jacket big brother" Dion said forcefully taking Leonel's jacket. She then put it on the ground and started to wipe it. She masked the scent of the Snow moon wolves. 

"If your masking scent try this" Juan handed Dion a bunch of leaves and flowers. The leaves and flowers each carried a strong scent. Juan and Dion used the jacket and the plants to successfully masked the scent of Dimitri. 

 In a few minutes they heard loud footsteps coming there way. The five shifters were shock at the scene that they found. 

Romeo the captain of the unit reprimanded Bentley and the other boys. As they escorted the children back to Windell Fields. 

When they arrived at Windell Fields they were shock to know that they have been gone for hours. A worried Mia runned towards them as she saw her unconcious daughters.

"What happened?" She asked Bentley "We found the children at the edge of the forest. They said that they encountered some spiders and the girl's fainted from shock" Romeo explained to the Alpha female.

"Thank you so much Romeo" Oliver said as he took his daughters. "I think everyone had a long day and it is time to retire. Thank you so much Romeo for escorting the children back. Please excuse us I need to talk to my sons" Alpha Falcasantos explained pulling the ears of his children and ushering them to the waiting car.

"Please excuse us as well we will all see you tomorrow" Alpha Johnson said "come on children your mother is worried sick" he added taking Leonel and Dion to the Imperial Hotel.

"Dad I think we should go home too" Alfie said "You three should know better we just got Olivia back. How can you put yourself in danger Bentley, Ashford, Thomas" Mia started scolding her sons. All three boy just looked down afraid of their mother's wrath. 

"Come on Mia love we can continue this at the hotel" Oliver coax his wife as he guided them to the car. Silence filled the car as they were all seated. 

"Mom Dad today was on me" Thomas explained "Bentley didn't want to go to Woodwell forest but I had a feeling we needed to be there today" he added. 

Mia and Oliver looked at each other as their anger dissipated. Worry replaced their anger as they realized how blessed their children were.

They could only wonder of what will be await for them in the future.
