Chloe POV

“Who told you I have a mate?,” he questioned me with an arching brow

“Don’t worry about who told me,” I replied him trying to wave that off.

“I don’t have a mate, if I already have a mate then neither of us would have felt what we feel today.” He reminded me and all i could do was to look at me like some sort of dummy.

“If you didn’t have a mate then why did I hear that you are a mate to the college queen.” I fired him with another question.

“For the last time!!!, I don’t freaking have a mate!!!, the person who gave you that information is lying to you.” He said to me and I nodded my head at him.

“If he doesn’t have a mate then why did Alice have to lie to me?”

“I thought she was my best friend?, why will she do that to me?”

“I won’t let that slide, I’ll make sure I confront her tomorrow.” I noted to myself

“Don’t bother confronting her, she won’t give any reasonable answer, instead she will lie to you so that is like a wasting of time.” He uttered, breaking me off my thought.

“What the hell? Can you read my mind?” I questioned him with surprise.

“Calm down morito, I can’t read mind, you were saying it out loud so I heard you.” He replied and I breathe out in relieve.

“Can we go now?” He questioned me and I nodded my head with smile plastered on my face.

“I really can’t say how I’m feeling but the butterfly in my stomach are dancing and singing melodiously.

“This is like a dream come through, it has always been my dream to have a mate as I have never known how having a mate feels like.”

“Here is my dream gradually coming through.

“I am the most happiest person ever!!!!!, I can’t wait to see mom,”

I can’t wait to disappoint mom and her accomplice.

I can’t wait to see mom’s reaction as I introduce my mate to her.

She will be surprised as she won’t expect that I’ll be able to get a mate so quick.

“All thanks to the moon goddess as she didn’t allow my mom sell me out to the so called Alpha.”

The moon goddess didn’t just bless me with a mate, but she blessed me with the most handsome Mate.

My mate is the definition of handsomeness.

As I sat in the passenger seat of the car, i couldn't help but admire my mate, who was behind the wheel.

I love the way he looked when he was focused on driving, his brow slightly furrowed and his jaw set in determination.

I glanced at his profile and couldn't help but smile at how cute he looked. His thick, dark hair was styled in a way that made him look both rugged and sophisticated, and his deep blue eyes sparkled with intelligence and kindness.

I looked away as I noticed that he was looking at me through the mirror.

“Stop staring at him, he is not only your mate, he is mine also.” I heard a voice inside of me and I knew it was no other person than my wolf.

“Shut up dummy, he is mine alone.” I mocked her.

“Your wish!!,” she said and I let out a silent scoff.

Few minutes later, we arrived at the giant gate of my house.

The automatic gate opened and we drove in,

He stopped the car and I was about to open the door when he stopped me.

“Don’t stress yourself monito.” He spoke out as he quickly rush down to open the door for me.

I gave him a cool smile as I went down.

He hold my hands and we walked slowly inside.

The first thing that welcome us was my guards.

“You’re welcome my Luna, please who is this?” Draclam my personal guard questioned.

“That is none of your business, focus on the main reason why you are hired.” I fired at him and he quickly bow his head as he open the door for us.

We walked inside like a perfect couple.

**************Inside The House***********

“Have your sit while I go call my mother.” I said to him as I pointed at one of the cutest chair for him to sit.

I rushed upstairs to call mom.

“Mom!!!!!, mom!!!!!! Mom!!!!!! Mom!!!!.” I called out her name but there was no reply.

I went straight to her personal room and I saw her inside, reading.

“Mom!!!!!, I have been calling you.,” I quarreled at her.

“I’m sorry darling, I didn’t hear you.” She apologized and I nodded my head happily.

“Why do you come home this early?” She asked , arching one of her brow.

“I finally find my mate so I brought him to you. “

“That was why I came home early.” I said and her face lit up.

“Who is he?, what pack is he from?”

“Is he an Alpha, is a powerful and feared.?” She bombraded me with a whole lot of questions.

“I don’t know mom, but you’ll get to know everything about him immediately you see him. I reassured her.

“Can we go now?” I asked her she gave me a go ahead.

I walked out of her room and she went after me.

We arrived at the sitting room and mom couldn’t take his eyes of him, for some reason I felt weird.

“Can I know more about you?” Mom requested from my mate with a smile on her face.

“I’m the Alpha of RED BLOOD PACK, that is all you should know about me. My mate stated.

“Is there any other thing i should know about you?” Mom asked him again.

“Nothing much to know about me My Luna.” He said to her.

“Can you repeat the name of your pack one more time.” Mom requested.

“RED BLOOD PACK.” He answered.

“Is it a pack of Wolf or Lycan because if I may remember that isn’t a werewolf pack. “ mom wondered

“You are correct My Luna, that is actually a pack for Lycans.” He answered as he removed mom off her curiosity.

“So if the pack belongs to Lycans then you are a Lycan?” Mom asked another question and I was already getting annoyed.

“Yes, i am a Lycan and the Alpha of all the Lycans.” My mate wheezed at her and she quickly stand up as she shifted back in fear.

“You are a Lycan and a mate to my daughter?” Mom asked him and he nodded his head.

“I can never allow that happen, I can never allow a wolf get mated to a Lycan,”

“There are two different species and I can never allow a lycan get mated to my daughter.” Mom yelled with a terrified voice.

“But why mom?” I questioned her with tears already welling up my eyes.

“Right from the time of our fore werewolves, lycan and werewolves has been enemies. Mom spilled out.

“That should be different mom because he is my mate not just my mate but he is my fated mate.” I told her.

“He may be your fated mate but he Is not your destined mate, over my body will I allow him get fated to you.”

“He is your fated mate but not your destined mate, lycans are dangerous and wicked.

“They don’t deserve to have anything with the werewolves and I won’t let you create any friendship because he is your mate.

“Mom please, just bless the union because he is my mate.” I pleaded with her with tears already on my eyes.

“I am never blessing the union, the only union I am blessing is the union between you and your arranged Alpha.”

“Tell your so called Lycan mate to stay away from you and be ready for your Luna ceremony.

“YOU’RE GETTING MATED TO THE ALPHA WOLF NOT THE ALPHA LYCAN AND THAT IS FINAL!!!!!!!
