Chapter 69: Nora's diary

Strong arms wrapped around tiny waist, his broad shoulders intimidating as ever as he raise his glass in toast to the audience.

Cheers erupted in the hall and for the first time in months, he had a smile on his face.

He placed the glass in between his lips and sipped from it elegantly.

He looked to the side and saw his mate sipping from her glass as well with a smile tugging at her lips.

He did this for her. He realized he couldn't keep the news of their child from her so he told her but surprisingly, she didn't cry much and initiated the foundation idea.

" Hey, are you listening to me?" He fell out of his daze when he felt her tugging at his hand with a frown on his face.

" I think I am," he answered nervously.

Nisha rolled her eyes at him, she knew that he didn't hear anything she said. She felt hurt and dissapointed that he wasn't paying attention to her all along.

He watched as she walk away angrily.

" How are you and Nora?" Beta Luke asked immediately Louis sat at the table.
