Dawn POV.
Seven Years Later.Um…Natural life is Cyclical. Day fades into night and turns back into the day as the sun rises. Another chance to life… "Get up or we will be late for work." Work? My eyes popped open eerily to an unfamiliar environment, a room l don't… "Dawn? Get up. "I quickly sat up to look in the direction of the familiar voice talking to me. "The Alpha is arriving today and we have to be at the Pack, Get up for Goodness sake." "Grandmother?" I murmured, sprawling out of the bed to get on my feet before she opened the door. I heard her footsteps coming, l held the hem of my garment trying to understand where l was or what was happening. "Dawn…?""Grandmother?" l whispered, jumping on her happily before waiting for the next second. I hugged her tightly. "I thought you were dead," I sniffed, dipping my face in her neck. Her grey colour hair still glimmering neatly, she still smells the same. Her nerve calming pungent scent. "What do you mean dead? Are you sick? Did your heat period arrive?" "No, Grandma, " I bellowed, nonetheless holding onto her tightly with my eyes shut as she began patting my back. In a flash, a wave of memory hit me like a bolt. A knife to my heart! I quickly took a step back wondering how I'm still alive and if indeed there was a knife to my chest. I glanced at the full-length mirror by my side and rushed to it. What…! "l exclaimed shockingly with widened eyes. "What day is it, Grandma? How old am l?" "What…? You are twenty-three years old, today is… Wait, what is with you today?" I glared at the mirror hysterically, l tapped on my cheeks to be sure l was flesh and blood. My eyes randomly picked up on a fine-line scar on my neck, my square neck gown made it obviously visible. When did l have this cut? I quickly loosened the rope at the back of my gown and let it fall to my waist area as a stitched flesh mark is also in my heart area, between my breasts. It's so seeable that l rubbed on it realizing the memory l just saw was true. I flinched as my grandmother rubbed on what felt like a hilt mark on my back. Did they stab me so deeply that it pierced straight to my back? "These scars?"I quickly threw my clothes back on and walked away from the mirror. "Where did you get those scars, Dawn?""l don't know grandmother," I answered and sat by the bed thinking deeply. "Where am l?" l asked honestly. "The Black Moon Pack." "Where is that Grandma?" "l think we need to go see a Doctor, Dawn. I don't understand why you are asking these questions." "There is nothing wrong with me, Grandma. I feel like I'm reliving a life, how can you say we should go to the hospital? Everyone is going to know that I'm an Omega. I might die," I said, sighing deeply. "What do you mean? Omegas are the most beautiful beings, who would hurt them? Besides, such a law had been abolished seven years ago when the new Alpha at the Central took over." "What? Wait… Omegas are allowed to walk and live freely? Tch what is this joke?" l huffed thinking back to recollect faint memories that seemed to be bulking up in my mind yet l can't display them. I can't explain what is going on with me in words, l know that l died. That is for sure. "You know what l think? I think you should have some rest and l will go to work alone today." "No, l will come grandma." l said, getting on my feet, I'm sure l won't stay at home to get the answers l need right now. "No, The Packhouse will be busy today as the Alpha is returning. The hospital would be packed with injured warriors, so rest at home. I'm sure other nurses will work hard." "Do we work at the Pack's hospital?" l puffed nonchalantly as my grandma walked towards me and placed her palm on my forehead vaguely, glaring at me like l was going insane. "Grandma?" "You are unbelievable, I'm leaving now, don't forget to lock the door." I nodded as l went along with her, l stepped out of the room and realised how cosy the rest of the house was, the dining room was set for two, and the living room was a little bigger and plush from the last l remember. Everything has changed! I held the door as grandma made her way out, l watched her back enjoying the fresh breeze that blew my nose. It felt like summer. The sky was clear blue and sombre. I waved at my grandma until she was no longer in sight and shut the door behind me. I strolled lazily back to my room when my eyes picked up some fresh fruit on the dining table. I decided to grab some fruits when my eyes picked up on the fruit knife and a memory flashed in my mind. A memory that the Oracle in her white gown gripped the knife so tightly and walked towards me to kill me. She stabbed me! I left the peach fruit on the table and walked away when l suddenly felt another presence overwhelming the entire atmosphere and at that moment it seemed like the living room began to transcend into another dimension, into the woods. My eyes hung wide and my heart tightened greedily at what was happening, I looked around the woods and there was nobody. "Hello," I said, fidgeting, fiddling my fingers. I looked back and l was totally surrounded by the dense forest. Where am l? What exactly is happening to me? [ "You have finally arrived, Dawn Alba."] "Oracle?" l blubbered nervously, my legs gave out as l tried to run for my life. She might be here to kill me again, she killed me once and she can swiftly kill me again but my legs won't move. I tried to run but my legs were heavy like water poured into the sand. I began moving backward with my hands, my butts nudging on the ground as she approached me, her legs merely transparent on the ground, her white gown shining dazzlingly with pure radiant. "Stay away from me," l warned, tears escaping my eyes with so much angst and fear. ["Be at ease, I'm not here to hurt you."] "Then are you here to play with me? Please go away!" l beckoned as l nudged to an end where a tree blocked my escape. ["It's good to see that your humour is still intact.]" She said as she sat on a fallen tree, her hands wrapped in front of her. ["l came because you needed me, No. Let me reverse that l came here because your time has begun clicking again in the world."] "What do you mean? What happened to me?" l asked sternly, demanding explanations. ["Have you ever heard of the word Reincarnation? Well…. There are about four stages, Stream Enterer, Once Returner, Non-Returner, and…"] "Hold on, Are you saying that I'm reincarnated? I don't understand what you mean, Oracle." l chuckled, shaking my head unbelievably, how can l even believe words from the same person that killed me? ["lt seems to me that you have more questions in your head to ask me than what l have to tell you, so ask anything you want to know."] "What exactly happened to me after you killed me?" [" You died of course."] "Is this a joke? So why am l here?" [ "From my knowledge, most souls will rebirth with a different body, different face but nothing changed about you except time and age."] "I know that already, my grandma told me I'm 23 years old. I was 16 years old when you killed me." [" l knew your soul will not be lost forever even though you never showed up this past seven years. But someone has been eagerly waiting for you." "Who?" ["Someone that his wishes and prayers were answered and you were given a second chance. Well, a second chance for him as well."] "Who exactly are you referring to?" ["Your memories will return gradually, Same with the unbreakable bond in your heart that would move a mountain. Then you will understand everything but for now, you don't have to worry about dying. Omegas are now free-born thanks to the insight of the Head Alpha."] "My grandmother? Didn't she die on that day?" l asked sincerely. [" She died undoubtedly, You have no one to depend on, which is why fate returned her to you. She doesn't have memories of what happened in the past either."] "Then? [" Be at ease Dawn, l know you have a thousand questions but let me tell you this and listen carefully. Reincarnation can happen in different forms, in your case you are no longer a member of The Fortune Moon Pack(Central) which is your originality. You are now a member of the Black Moon Pack which is settled in the Northern Region, just like your grandmother you both are working at the Pack's hospital. You can always return to the Central when you are ready. "]"Why would l return to my grave? I died there for goodness sake. I better avoid such a route, "I murmured giving up before l even begin to think about it. [" Don't ever forget the meaning of your name, Dawn. 'A new beginning.' You are someone's prayer, so your fate to meet with that person is inevitable but l hope your hatred will not blind your heart and feelings. "]"What does that mean? " ["I have spoken more than l have done in my entire life. Revenge, anger, and betrayal lingering in your heart can not be avoided by the very person wishing on everything to be with you again. I have to go now, l will come again when you get your answers but… You both will meet soon, l hope you don't go too hard on yourself. "]Who is she talking about? I held my head tightly as it began banging as the woods transcended back into the living room. I dizzily let myself fall to the ground but was held by strong warm arms that straddled me and prevented me from falling down. My eyes blurrily couldn't pick up on who that was…Dawn. "Oh my goodness, what is wrong?" My grandmother's familiar voice sounded over the shoulder of whosoever was holding me, l let my eyes open dramatically, meeting with a pair of green orbs gleaming perplexingly at me. I haul myself to stand on my feet embarrassingly, feeling every bit of how his hands retreated, sliding off my waist. "Are you alright, Dawn?" Grandma hurried to my side, palming my face worriedly, her eyes dancing all over my face - l was more intrigued by the handsome guy in front of me, l didn't get any scent from him as if he doesn't have any, or maybe the problem is me. "Be careful next time," He let out, eyeing me almost pleadingly and l just nodded in agreement. He is so fucking handsome. I blinked twice trying not to induce his looks. "Are you sure you are alright?" Grandma again asked, glaring at me with full attention when the handsome guy cleared his throat at once. "Oh, please this way, Alpha," Grandma snorted, pointing her hand and walking in the

I paced around my room nervously, unable to suppress my fidgeting fingers, the sky had already been replaced by glimmering night stars and beautiful twilight, an almost crescent moon already making its position on the sky but still kind of enough to give a little lambency. I won't get killed if l decide to just stay home and not accept the Alpha's invitation right? I hate the feeling and the thought of going to a packhouse, l bet there will be so many people there and I can't help but remember the day l got killed, there were a lot of people that I couldn't even register all of their faces, brawling, throwing things at me, even pointing fingers at me and cursing at me and even though it might be different now, it still feels the same. I don't know why the memory of how l was killed is so vivid in my memory, even more than my own name. "Dawn, are you ready?" l startled at grandma's voice and her soft knocks, "You haven't dressed up yet?" She said closing the door behind her,
