As the guys left the ancestral mansion,they headed to the garage where their car was parked, just then Kent's phone rang. He stopped in his tracks and brought out his phone from his pocket before answering when he saw that it was his wife. "Hello, babe”. He said as soon as he picked it up.

August's voice immediately came through, she asked in a whining tone . "Where are you, babe? You've been out for a long time now."

Kent chuckled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Is Mrs. Ken missing her dear husband?"

"Of course, babe," August replied softly.

Kent knew her too well; he could almost see her pouting lips, so he said, "Don't worry, babe, I will be there soon."

August quickly said, "While you are at it, can you buy food for me?"

Kent's tone turned concerned and angry. "You haven't eaten since then?"

August cleared her throat, and glanced at the tasteless food on the table. Jenny had brought her food, but it was bland and unappetizing. "I have eaten, but I'm still hungry," she lied.
