"What do you mean he did something unforgettable, Dad?" Kevin asked, curiosity etched on his face.

Luke sighed, his eyes red from rage, and took a deep breath before responding, "He killed my mother."

The guys' eyes widened in shock. "What?" they exclaimed in unison, their voices laced with disbelief.

Kent's face scrunched up in confusion. "I thought Grandma died in an accident?" He remembered the day vividly, he was only ten years old when he heard the news of his grandmother's passing. The story was that she had died on the spot due to an accident.

"I thought Grandma had an accident," Kent repeated, his frown deepening as he stared at his father. "Why are you telling us this now?"

Luke's expression turned grim. "Because you deserve to know the truth. Victor's actions have haunted me for years, and it's time you knew why I have never mentioned him to any of you".

Kent was still trying to process his father’s words, when reality hit him hard. He immediately gasped and asked,"Was it a
