Sebastian could see how curious she was to hear about the story of the relationship humans had with werewolves. He could remember his mother telling him the story while he was still a wolfkin before he lost her to the cold hands of the ancient wolves.

She tried to save him from some humans who had noticed some unusual characteristics that a normal human child won't have from him. The random change of the pupil's color, the growling sound, and , the long canine that would grow even without him knowing.

That was the mistake his mother made, she tried to push him away from the troubles that came with being a werewolf by making him mingle with humans but who was she kidding, somebody would surely put two things together and realize that he was not an ordinary child.

When the day came for the culprit to kidnap Sebastian, his mother tried her best to not kill the humans and at the same time, rescue him because she knew the consequences of killing them but they gave her no choic
